“Esta situación afecta la democracia, la institucionalidad y el sistema de justicia del país. Desde el Ejecutivo consideramos que debe prevalecer el respeto a la Constitución y a las leyes”, señaló el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial.

En esa línea, el titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) rechazó que exista intención del Gobierno de intervenir en los organismos constitucionalmente autónomos. “Tenemos una clara vocación democrática y un firme compromiso con el Estado de derecho”, subrayó.

FORTALECEN LUCHA CONTRA LA DELINCUENCIA
En conferencia de prensa, el premier Arana informó que el Ejecutivo actualizó el Programa de Recompensas y elevó a un millón de soles el pago por información oportuna que permita la captura de Erick Moreno Hernández, alias ‘El Monstruo’.

“Este es un paso más en la lucha frontal contra la criminalidad y demuestra la decisión política del Gobierno con la seguridad ciudadana”, precisó.

Asimismo, recordó que se ha oficializado la nueva Estrategia Nacional para la Reducción e Interdicción de la Minería Ilegal en el Perú al 2030, centrada en tres ejes: formalización, erradicación y recuperación ambiental.

Dicha estrategia se complementa con diversas acciones, como los operativos contra la minería ilegal en distintas regiones y la implementación del Comando Unificado Pataz, liderado por las Fuerzas Armadas y la Policía Nacional, que ejecuta un control estricto sobre el ingreso y salida de personas, bienes y servicios en esa zona.

PRESIDENTA MANTIENE CONTACTO DIRECTO CON LA CIUDADANÍA
El titular de la PCM remarcó que la presidenta Boluarte mantiene una comunicación permanente con la ciudadanía a través de las actividades que desarrolla en todo el territorio nacional, como inauguraciones, visitas de inspección y encuentros con comunidades.

“La jefa de Estado contempla diversas iniciativas para difundir las tareas del Gobierno. Consideramos que es legítimo que la mandataria se dirija a la ciudadanía mediante distintos mecanismos”, puntualizó.

AVANCE EN EL SANEAMIENTO DE LÍMITES
El jefe del Gabinete también reveló que el Consejo de Ministros aprobó el proyecto de ley que permitirá sanear más de 233 kilómetros de límites y tramos de la provincia de Daniel Alcides Carrión, en la región Pasco.

Finalmente, comunicó que se dio por concluido el Proyecto Especial Bicentenario, cuyo trabajo contribuyó a destacar los 200 años de la independencia del Perú, así como de las batallas de Junín y Ayacucho.

STRENGTHENING THE FIGHT AGAINST CRIME
At a press conference, Prime Minister Arana announced that the Executive Branch had updated the Rewards Program and increased the payment for timely information leading to the capture of Erick Moreno Hernández, alias “El Monstruo,” to one million soles.

“This is another step in the frontal fight against crime and demonstrates the Government’s political commitment to citizen security,” he stated.

He also noted that the new National Strategy for the Reduction and Interdiction of Illegal Mining in Peru by 2030 has been formalized, focusing on three axes: formalization, eradication, and environmental restoration.

This strategy is complemented by various actions, such as operations against illegal mining in different regions and the implementation of the Pataz Unified Command, led by the Armed Forces and the National Police, which enforces strict control over the entry and exit of people, goods, and services in that area.

PRESIDENT MAINTAINS DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE CITIZENS
The head of the PCM emphasized that President Boluarte maintains ongoing communication with the public through activities she carries out throughout the country, such as inaugurations, inspection visits, and meetings with communities.

“The head of state is considering various initiatives to disseminate the government’s work. We believe it is legitimate for the president to address the public through various mechanisms,” he stated.

PROGRESS IN BOUNDARY CLEARANCE
The Chief of Staff also revealed that the Council of Ministers approved the bill that will allow for the clearing of more than 233 kilometers of boundaries and sections of the province of Daniel Alcides Carrión, in the Pasco region.

Finally, he announced the completion of the Special Bicentennial Project, whose work contributed to highlighting the 200th anniversary of Peru’s independence, as well as the battles of Junín and Ayacucho.
