Perfil y formación: El nuevo titular es abogado y bachiller en Ciencias Jurídicas y Políticas por la Universidad Nacional del Altiplano, además cuenta con maestría en Derecho con mención en Derecho Empresarial por la Universidad Alas Peruanas. Complementa su formación como profesor de educación secundaria en Lengua y Literatura. En su trayectoria profesional fue congresista de la República en el periodo 2021‑2026, jefe de Asesoría Jurídica de la UGEL Puno, docente universitario y coordinador académico en el Centro de Educación Técnico Productiva de la región.
