Resulta que Manuel Rodríguez Cuadros visita más de las veces al mandatario Pedro Castillo Terrones, lo hizo para recomendar al saliente Héctor Bejar Rivera, y ahora con seguridad si no es él, estará recomendando a otro eminente reemplazante del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
