Continuando con su agenda de trabajo internacional, se tiene previsto que el lunes 20 de septiembre, el jefe de Estado sea recibido por el secretario general de la Organización de Estados Americanos (OEA), Luis Almagro; y realice su intervención en la Sesión del Consejo Permanente de dicha organización, al promediar las 9:00 horas.
Con el objetivo de buscar el respaldo y apoyo de la comunidad empresarial internacional, el presidente Castillo y su comitiva oficial se reunirán con la presidenta de la Cámara de Comercio de Estados Unidos (AMCHAM), Suzanne Clark; el presidente de la Cámara de Comercio Americana del Perú, Luis Rivera; y el director Ejecutivo de la Cámara de Comercio Americana del Perú, Aldo R. Defilippi.
También, se contempla una reunión con gremios nacionales de la Sociedad Nacional de Industrias. Luego, sostendrá una reunión de trabajo con la directora de la Organización Panamericana de la Salud, Carissa F. Etienne, para abordar temas relacionados al fortalecimiento de la salud y lucha contra la pandemia.
ACTIVIDADES OFICIALES EN NUEVA YORK
Las actividades oficiales en New York iniciarán al promediar las 8:30 horas del martes 21 de setiembre. El mandatario será recibido por el secretario General de las Naciones Unidas, António Guterres, en la sede de la ONU. Su intervención en el marco de la 76. º Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas, se realizará, según agenda oficial, a las 15:00 horas.
En este marco, se prevé que el presidente Castillo sostenga una reunión con el presidente del Banco Mundial (BM), David R. Malpass; así como también dialogue con el presidente del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID), Mauricio Claver-Carone, en la sede la Embajada de Perú en New York.
El mandatario culminará su primera gira de trabajo internacional, luego de reunirse con la directora Gerente del Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI), Kristalina Giorgieva, en la sede la Embajada de Perú en dicha ciudad.
El jefe de Estado y su comitiva presidencial -conformada por los ministros de Relaciones Exteriores, Óscar Maúrtua; de Economía y Finanzas, Pedro Francke; y de Comercio Exterior y Turismo, Roberto Sánchez-, retornan al país, la noche del martes 21 de setiembre, y llegarán a Lima el miércoles 22 de setiembre, de acuerdo con lo indicado por ley.

OFFICIAL ACTIVITIES IN NEW YORK
Official activities in New York will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 21. His intervention in the framework of the 76th General Assembly of the United Nations will take place, according to the official agenda, at 3:00 p.m.
