El Congresista padilla en su intervención señalo que hoy en día, China es la segunda economía del mundo “todo indica que en un tiempo no muy lejano serán los primeros entre todos nosotros” y destacó el Guanxi como uno de sus valores culturales más poderosos e inigualables que los ha permitido alcanzar sin duda alguna un rápido e impresionante crecimiento en muchas de las áreas.

También indicó que el Guanxi son relaciones cercanas y de confianza que han aplicado en las últimas décadas tanto en sus vidas como en los negocios.

Es la manera de comerciar en China y hace referencia a tener confianza personal y una relación más fuerte con alguien, casi siempre el Guanxi llega a involucrar obligaciones morales, así como un intercambio de favores, es ese algo que no se puede ver ni tocar, pero que se práctica en todas los tratos humanos de la sociedad China, que refiere a una conexión personal entre dos personas, por medio de la cual cada una de ellas puede recurrir a la otra para obtener un favor, servicio o ayuda. No es preciso que las dos personas posean igual estatus social, también puede describir un estado de entendimiento mutuo general entre dos personas: “el otro conoce mis necesidades y deseos y los tendrá en cuenta cuando decida hacer algo que podría afectarme o involucrarme, sin necesidad de que conversemos del tema o me consulte; quizás para nosotros como peruanos y de esta parte del mundo como cultura occidental, es algo parecido a cuando nos refieren como sociedad “es su idiosincrasia de los peruanos”.

En otro orden de ideas, el congresista se dirigió a los jóvenes expresando que todo gran sueño se planifica, se cree, pero se planea y organiza “el emprendedor para alcanzar su meta debe desarrollar primero un plan de negocios.
