La actividad está dirigida a los artesanos, asociaciones de artesanos, empresas de la actividad artesanal e instituciones privadas vinculadas al desarrollo y promoción del sector que cumplan con los requisitos establecidos en las bases.
Los participantes deben contar con RUC y Registro Nacional del Artesano (RNA) activos y vigentes, y presentar como mínimo 5 fotografías de los productos que ofrecerán en la feria.
De esta manera se priorizará el trabajo hecho a mano, en base a las líneas artesanales autorizadas por el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior y Turismo (Mincetur), y productos que representen el patrimonio nacional. Cabe señalar que no se considerará la presentación de manualidades.
