En ese sentido Elera Pitta nos indicó que ha trabajado con todo su equipo técnico ya con bastante tiempo atrás, una serie acciones a tomar en cuenta y que se resumen en formas de gobierno, basado estructuralmente en la correcta administración de la cosa pública, y cuyo trípode de gestión se basa en un buen Estado, la sociedad civil organizada y el mercado con reglas claras y fiel cumplidor de sus compromisos con el país.
De tal forma que nuestras propuestas de gobierno local para nuestro distrito de Lince sean realizables y sostenibles, y que se compendian en los siguientes puntos todos ellos transversales en la dinámica diaria de nuestro distrito:
1.- Seguridad ciudadana con tecnología inteligente.
2.- Solución de estacionamientos vehiculares.
3.- Generación de trabajo con proyectos sostenible.
4.- Programas para el adulto mayor.
5.- Capacitación y deporte para los jóvenes.
CON LOS NIÑOS
De otro lado con el cariño que profesa por los niños del país Helga Paola Elera Pitta no está ajena al espíritu y la magia de la navidad, en la víspera llevó esa sonrisa y esperanza donde parece haber ausentado productos de la crisis que todavía viven millones de peruanos en el país, producto de pandemia; y es que ella junto a su equipo de trabajo compartieron con los niños que más necesitan del conocido distrito de clase media y media alta limeña, llamado Lince.
En dicha oportunidad la candidata con fuerza de dicho distrito y que postularía con PERÚ PRIMERO, Helga Paola Elera Pitta, sostuvo: “qué las luces de Dios Padre, hijo y la Santísima Virgen iluminen nuestro camino, siempre compartiendo en familia y con un inmenso amor al prójimo. Recordando siempre que servir a Dios es un gran privilegio, así mismo, decirles que los sueños los haremos juntos, los alcanzaremos unidos, gracias a todas las personas q llegaron a festejar a pesar de las circunstancias.
