“Desde el gobierno buscamos que se realice una economía social de mercado. En el Perú hay libre empresa e iniciativa privada, pero exigiendo que los empresarios paguen sus impuestos”, indicó el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial, quien señaló que se busca combatir los monopolios, oligopolios y posiciones dominantes, a fin de evitar afectaciones en el consumidor.
En otro momento, el titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) aseguró que no es política del Gobierno promover la Asamblea Constituyente.
“No hemos promovido, no promovemos ni vamos a promover la Asamblea Constituyente. Eso no significa que los ciudadanos puedan plantear esa iniciativa. Es un derecho de los ciudadanos, así como es un derecho el oponerse a la Asamblea Constituyente”, añadió.
En cuanto a la iniciativa impulsada desde el Congreso para acusar constitucionalmente al presidente Pedro Castillo por traición a la patria, Torres Vásquez aseguró que se trata de un ataque de un sector. “No hay ninguna traición a la patria, ni una sola palabra de que él va a ceder la soberanía de una parte del territorio peruano”, dijo.
EJECUTIVO PRESENTA PROYECTO DE LEY SOBRE FONAVI AL PARLAMENTO
El titular del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas (MEF), Oscar Graham Yamahuchi, informó que en el Consejo de Ministros se aprobó el proyecto de ley sobre la devolución de los fondos a los aportantes del FONAVI, el cual será enviado al Parlamento.
“El proyecto contiene una propuesta que permitirá la devolución inmediata de los fondos disponibles que tiene en caja, actualmente, el FONAVI. En promedio, la devolución seria entre S/ 420 y podría llegar hasta S/ 700. La devolución tendrá como base los padrones de fonavistas que existen actualmente y que contienen las fechas de los aportes”, explicó Graham.
El ministro de Economía y Finanzas manifestó que se está aprobando un decreto legislativo que modifica la Ley para la Lucha contra la Evasión y para la Formalización de la Economía, a fin de generar una mayor transparencia y trazabilidad en las operaciones.
“Hoy la norma establece que las operaciones de S/ 3500 o mil dólares tienen que efectuarse mediante el uso de un medio de pago. El decreto plantea disminuir el monto a S/ 2000 o el equivalente a quinientos dólares, con el objetivo de generar una mayor formalización de la economía”, aseguró Óscar Graham, quien añadió que, en el caso de las transferencias de bienes inmuebles o vehículos que superen UIT, tiene que realizarse mediante el uso de un medio de pago, transferencia bancaria o cheque.
El titular del MEF explicó que estas restricciones no se aplicarán en las localidades donde no existe presencia del sistema financiero.
INVESTIGACIÓN A POLICIAS QUE COBRAN CUPOS
Con relación a la denuncia de que un grupo de policías se dedica al cobro de cupos a combis y taxi colectivos en paraderos informales de Lima, el ministro del Interior, Alfonso Chávarry Estrada, anunció que se ha dispuesto que el inspector general de la Policía Nacional del Perú (PNP) realice una investigación exhaustiva para determinar la responsabilidad de los oficiales o suboficiales que se encuentran implicados.

EXECUTIVE PRESENTS BILL ON FONAVI TO PARLIAMENT
