“En este proceso electoral, por parte del Gobierno no habrá ninguna injerencia ni intromisión.

Seremos cien por ciento neutrales y respetuosos de la voluntad de cada uno de los pueblos que volverán a elegir a sus alcaldes y gobernadores regionales, para que estas autoridades sean la voz auténtica de ese pueblo que clama ser atendido”, enfatizó.

El mandatario formuló estas precisiones al participar en la Reunión Ejecutiva con alcaldes y alcaldesas distritales, que congregó a más de 400 burgomaestres del país y a ministros de Estado en el Lima Centro de Convenciones, ubicado en el distrito de San Borja.

MESA TÉCNICA
Asimismo, el jefe de Estado sostuvo que se debe instalar una mesa técnica con los alcaldes y alcaldesas distritales del país, con el objetivo de atender las necesidades de cada una de sus jurisdicciones.

“No puede haber la posibilidad, tenemos que instalar la mesa técnica con los alcaldes. Planteo que se haga a nivel de macrorregiones porque hay que acabar con el centralismo”, señaló.

“Señores alcaldes, queda la voluntad abierta en este escenario para instalar esta mesa técnica. La forma de organizarnos no es un limitante. Acá hay un gobierno que está dispuesto a marcar esta diferencia, porque la descentralización no se hace de arriba hacia abajo, se hace de abajo hacia arriba, donde está la necesidad”, subrayó.

Indicó también que es necesario que en la próxima sesión del Consejo de Ministros se agende, con urgencia, atender a todos los alcaldes distritales del país, priorizando sus necesidades.

En otro momento, el mandatario sostuvo que “hay que estructurar y encaminar una verdadera infraestructura vial regional, provincial y distrital”, pues solamente así se garantizará el desarrollo de la mano con las autoridades regionales y locales.

El presidente Castillo participó en esta actividad acompañado por el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial, Aníbal Torres; y los ministros de Educación, Rosendo Serna; de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social, Dina Boluarte; y de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, Geiner Alvarado; así como por el alcalde distrital de Orurillo (Puno) y presidente de la Asociación de Municipalidades Distritales del Perú (Amudip), Alain Mendizábal.

At another time, the president argued that “a true regional, provincial and district road infrastructure must be structured and directed”, because only in this way will development be guaranteed hand in hand with regional and local authorities.
