Proyecto de Ley Nueva Constitución Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe El presidente de la República, Pedro Castillo, anunció hoy que presentará al Congreso un proyecto de ley para realizar una consulta popular a fin de que la ciudadanía se pronuncie sobre el cambio de la Constitución Política del Perú.

“Desde el Cusco anuncio que, siguiendo el curso constitucional, vamos a hacer llegar un proyecto de ley para que en las próximas elecciones regionales y municipales se consulte al pueblo, por medio de una cédula, si está de acuerdo o no con una nueva Constitución”, indicó.

Sostuvo que su equipo de trabajo elaborará inmediatamente esta iniciativa de ley y que quedará en manos del Parlamento la potestad de aprobar o no la consulta popular.

Durante la clausura del Consejo de Ministros Descentralizado, que se realizó en la Ciudad Imperial, el mandatario aseguró que el Ejecutivo prepara también una propuesta para enfrentar el incremento del costo de vida que afecta a las familias peruanas debido a la crisis mundial.

“Los movimiento sociales serán convocados, así como los hermanos productores, cafetaleros, arroceros, para dar una respuesta, en el marco de la unidad, a la crisis alimentaria”, anotó.

En ese marco, recordó que el Ejecutivo ha presentado al Congreso varios proyectos de ley, entre los cuales destacó la iniciativa que prohíbe los monopolios y oligopolios, así como la masificación del gas natural de Camisea. “Hacemos un llamado al Legislativo para que agende estas propuestas y las apruebe”, dijo.

Para lograr la masificación del gas y acceder a una energía a menor costo, el mandatario refirió que convocará a expertos para hacer realidad el anhelo de los pueblos más alejados del país.

“Pese al enfrentamiento político inútil, le decimos al país que estamos acá para responder a las grandes necesidades, como lo hicimos con la reapertura de la refinería de Talara”, apuntó.

Anunció, además, que su Gobierno implementará una planta petroquímica a fin de producir fertilizantes que ayuden a fortalecer las acciones que se están realizando en el marco de la Segunda Reforma Agraria.

Reiteró también que cumplirá con su promesa de lograr el ingreso libre a las universidades y que convocará al Acuerdo Nacional.

Con relación a las demandas planteadas durante el Consejo de Ministros Descentralizado, el jefe de Estado reveló que ha dispuesto que el Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones facilite la construcción del aeropuerto internacional de Chinchero, además de la construcción del Hospital Antonio Lorena.

In relation to the demands raised during the Decentralized Council of Ministers, the head of state revealed that he has arranged for the Ministry of Transport and Communications to facilitate the construction of the Chinchero international airport, in addition to the construction of the Antonio Lorena Hospital.
