Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe El pleno del Congreso peruano eligió con más de 90 votos y para un periodo de cinco años, tal y conforme lo establece el artículo 201 de la Constitución Política del Perú, a los seis nuevos magistrados del Tribunal Constitucional, en una votación donde primaron los consensos y acuerdos democráticos de las diversas posiciones políticas de los parlamentarios en la nación Inca.

El legislador y presidente de la Comisión Especial del TC, José María Balcázar Zelada (PL), expuso ante el Pleno del Congreso el informe final del proceso público para la elección de los más idóneos postulantes a la magistratura constitucional y que se caracterizó por la transparencia e independencia en cada una de las etapas.

«No ha habido repartijas o influencias ya sean de derecha, de izquierda, de centro o caviares», remarcó Balcázar quien destacó la evaluación psicológica a la que sometieron cada uno de los candidatos a magistrado del Tribunal Constitucional.

Un hecho que llamó la atención fue que al termino de esta fiesta de elección de los nuevos tribunos fue que la representación nacional por buen tiempo tributen con aplausos de reconocimiento a los congresistas integrantes de la Comisión Especial Seleccionadora de Magistrados del Tribunal Constitucional, quienes respondieron muy emotivamente ante este acto de reconocimiento por la buena labor realizada.

Es importante precisar que la elección de los nuevos magistrados del Tribunal Constitucional por parte de la Representación Nacional fue individual y respetando el estricto orden de calificación. Por exigencia legal, se requiere 87 votos para la elección de un magistrado constitucional.

CUADRO Y RESULTADO DE LA ELECCIÓN DE LOS NUEVOS TRIBUNOS
1.- Francisco Humberto Morales Saravia, obtuvo 98 a favor, 21 en contra y seis abstenciones. Morales Saravia reemplazará al magistrado Ernesto Blume que tiene el plazo vencido.

2.- Luis Gustavo Gutiérrez Ticse, fue elegido con 97 votos, 23 en contra y 5 abstenciones. El electo juez constitucional reemplazará al magistrado Eloy Espinosa-Saldaña.

2.- Helder Domínguez Haro, obtuvo 98 votos a favor, 19 en contra y 8 abstenciones. Reemplazará en el cargo a la magistrada Marianella Ledesma Narváez.

4.- Luz Imelda Pacheco Zerga, obtuvo 92 votos a favor, 26 en contra y 7 abstenciones. Reemplazará al magistrado Manuel Miranda Canales.

5.- Manuel Monteagudo Valdez, con 102 votos a favor, 14 en contra y 8 abstenciones. Monteagudo reemplazará al magistrado Carlos Augusto Ramos Núñez.

6.- Cesar Augusto Ochoa Cardich, con 90 votos a favor, 23 en contra y 10 abstenciones- quien reemplazará a José Luis Sardón.

Finalmente hay que señalar este hecho que llamó la atención a propios y extraños, que momentos antes de suspenderse la sesión plenaria, la congresista Susel Paredes (NA) presentó cuatro reconsideraciones a las votaciones de los letrados Morales Saravia, Gutiérrez Ticse, Domínguez Haro y Pacheco Zerga, pero fueron rechazadas por la Representación Nacional.
