Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe Con relación a información difundida en torno a una presunta filtración de datos a través de la plataforma de un organismo autónomo, la Secretaría de Gobierno y Transformación Digital de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) formula las siguientes precisiones:
Luego de tomar conocimiento de un posible caso de vulneración de seguridad digital en un organismo autónomo el pasado viernes 13, la Secretaría de Gobierno y Transformación Digital de la PCM -en el marco de sus competencias-, actuó de manera inmediata y preventiva reportando las páginas web sospechosas de fraude en cautela del bienestar de la ciudadanía. Dicha acción generó la desactivación inmediata de las páginas citadas.
Asimismo, se emitió el Comunicado N° 007-2022-PCM/SGTD del Centro Nacional de Seguridad Digital, con la alerta para todas las entidades públicas.
El informe preliminar sobre el hecho fue entregado a las entidades competentes en delitos informáticos y protección de datos personales, encargadas ahora de las investigaciones.
De acuerdo a la normatividad vigente toda entidad pública debe adoptar las medidas necesarias en salvaguarda de la seguridad digital de sus plataformas y servicios (DU N007-2020). Se vienen desplegando esfuerzos en este sentido.
Ante cualquier posible riesgo digital la Secretaría de Gobierno y Transformación Digital publica alertas de seguridad que se verifican previamente a fin evitar alarmas innecesarias que afecten la confianza digital.
La PCM ha conformado una mesa técnica multisectorial y público privada (con RM N° 125-2022-PCM), junto a ASBANC, COMEX y empresas de telecomunicaciones con el fin de consensuar acciones y medidas que fortalezcan la confianza digital en el país.
PCM ratifica el compromiso asumido por el Gobierno de consolidar las acciones de seguridad y confianza digital para la protección de la ciudadanía frente a los riesgos digitales en la línea del Eje Número 8 de su Política General.
Exhortamos al sector privado, público y a la ciudadanía a reportar todo hecho que pueda considerarse como posible riesgo digital de manera oportuna en la siguiente cuenta incidentes@cnsd.gob.pe

After becoming aware of a possible case of digital security violation in an autonomous body last Friday the 13th, the Secretary of Government and Digital Transformation of the PCM -within the framework of its powers-, acted immediately and preventively, reporting the pages web suspected of fraud in precaution of the well-being of citizens. This action generated the immediate deactivation of the cited pages.
Likewise, Communiqué No. 007-2022-PCM/SGTD of the National Center for Digital Security was issued, with the alert for all public entities.
The preliminary report on the event was delivered to the entities responsible for computer crimes and protection of personal data, now in charge of the investigations.
According to current regulations, all public entities must adopt the necessary measures to safeguard the digital security of their platforms and services (DU N007-2020). Efforts are being made in this direction.
In the face of any possible digital risk, the Ministry of Government and Digital Transformation publishes security alerts that are previously verified in order to avoid unnecessary alarms that affect digital trust.
The PCM has formed a multisectoral and public-private technical table (with RM No. 125-2022-PCM), together with ASBANC, COMEX and telecommunications companies in order to agree on actions and measures that strengthen digital trust in the country.
PCM ratifies the commitment assumed by the Government to consolidate digital security and trust actions for the protection of citizens against digital risks in line with Axis Number 8 of its General Policy.
