Indicó que el gobierno del presidente de la República, Pedro Castillo Terrones, mediante los Consejo de Ministros Descentralizados (CMD), está decidido a impulsar la acción directa del Ejecutivo en los espacios territoriales regionales.

“En este Consejo de Ministros, se han tomado las decisiones correspondientes para encaminar la solución de las demandas explicadas por ustedes. Estoy seguro de que dará frutos este esfuerzo realizado por la sociedad civil, los alcaldes y los líderes para venir hoy a trabajar y lograr una articulación entre las diferentes organizaciones sociales y los distintos niveles de gobierno: nacional, regional y local”, dijo.

Por otro lado, el premier también destacó la buena disposición mostrada por los alcaldes provinciales y distritales de Tacna, quienes expresaron su voluntad de seguir trabajando juntos con el gobierno nacional en los proyectos en beneficio de su pueblo.

“Esperamos la continuidad de las obras y los proyectos por las próximas autoridades. ¡Basta ya del abandono de obras y de la desactivación de proyectos! Debemos entender que el Estado continúa”, puntualizó.

GASTO PRESUPUESTAL
De otro lado, el premier Aníbal Torres reiteró el llamado a las autoridades regionales y locales a trabajar juntos para resolver problemas del país y a ejecutar el dinero transferido por el Poder Ejecutivo para concretar las obras de prioridad para mejorar la calidad de vida de la población.

“Trabajemos todos juntos, priorizando las necesidades más importantes de nuestras regiones, hay que ir resolviendo sus problemas, de acuerdo a los recursos que tiene la caja fiscal”, detalló el titular de la PCM.

De otro lado, el premier destacó que Tacna es la región donde comienza y termina la Patria, además que su población representa la peruanidad. “Me siento gratamente emocionado por estar en esta tierra que representa la cuna de la peruanidad, del heroísmo y el amor a la patria. Es un lugar privilegiado donde realizamos, hoy, otra sesión de Consejo de Ministros Descentralizado con autoridades y líderes sociales”, remarcó.

Comentó que de Tacna, los peruanos hemos aprendido la resiliencia, el amor a las raíces, la lealtad a la bandera y a los símbolos patrios. “Queremos renovar la confianza de este gobierno del pueblo con ustedes y cumplir los compromisos con este territorio. Hemos venido decididos a trabajar juntos con los gobiernos regional y local en el camino de conseguir el bienestar de nuestra población”, señaló.

VACUNACIÓN CONTRA LA COVID-19
Previamente a la realización del XVI Consejo de Ministros Descentralizado, el premier Aníbal Torres llegó al Centro de Salud La Esperanza en Tacna, donde los titulares del Ministerio de Defensa, José Gavidia, y del Ministerio de la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables, Diana Miloslavich, recibieron su cuarta vacuna, destacando la importancia de recibir la cuarta dosis de la vacuna contra la Covid-19, para proteger la vida y la salud de la población en el territorio nacional.

BUDGET EXPENDITURE On the other hand, Prime Minister Aníbal Torres reiterated the call to regional and local authorities to work together to solve problems in the country and to execute the money transferred by the Executive Power to carry out priority works to improve the quality of life of the population.

“Let’s all work together, prioritizing the most important needs of our regions, we must solve their problems, according to the resources that the fiscal box has”, explained the head of the PCM.

On the other hand, the premier stressed that Tacna is the region where the country begins and ends, in addition to its population representing Peru. “I feel pleasantly moved to be in this land that represents the cradle of Peruvianness, heroism and love of the country. It is a privileged place where we held, today, another session of the Decentralized Council of Ministers with authorities and social leaders”, remarked.

He commented that from Tacna, Peruvians have learned resilience, love for roots, loyalty to the flag and national symbols. “We want to renew the trust of this government of the people with you and fulfill the commitments with this territory. VACCINATION AGAINST COVID-19
Prior to the XVI Decentralized Council of Ministers, Prime Minister Aníbal Torres arrived at the La Esperanza Health Center in Tacna, where the heads of the Ministry of Defense, José Gavidia, and the Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations, Diana Miloslavich, received its fourth vaccine, highlighting the importance of receiving the fourth dose of the vaccine against Covid-19, to protect the life and health of the population in the national territory.
