“The war between Russia and Ukraine has strong effects on the country such as the shortage of basic necessities, fuel and fertilizers, but I must announce that the Government is making every effort so that we do not have a problem of hunger” , he pointed out.

In this context, he recalled that the Council of Ministers approved a bill that creates a supplementary credit of 2 billion soles for the delivery of a food voucher. Said bill will be sent to the Legislature in the coming days.

“From Huancavelica I make a call to the Congress of the Republic so that as soon as the bill arrives, it is put on the agenda, debated and approved immediately,” he emphasized during a massive meeting with the population of the town of Carhuapata, in the province of Huancavelica. Angaraes.

At another time, he pointed out that currently more than 30 bills of the Executive Power are filed in Parliament, the same ones that are important to improve the quality of life of Peruvians. “We believe it is important that together, the Executive and Legislative Branches, we must carry out these measures in favor of all Peruvians,” he said.

He reiterated that among the initiatives, the project to promote the massification of natural gas and free access to universities stand out.

“We want to achieve free access to universities, but there is no legal framework that allows budgeting,” he questioned while criticizing that Congress puts a brake on bills sent by the Executive.

On the other hand, he agreed with the control that is being carried out against the Executive Power, but said that it should focus on the closure of social benefits such as roads, drinking water, among others.

“The government must be demanded why it didn’t give this town water, why it didn’t give it a highway, why this school is totally abandoned, why there is no internet, which is a tremendous priority; that is the true clamor of the people”, he remarked.
