Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe El ministro de Cultura, Alejandro Salas Zegarra, participó de la inauguración de la edición número 26 de la Feria Internacional del Libro de Lima (FIL), uno de los eventos culturales más importantes del Perú en el sector editorial, que impulsa y promueve el desarrollo cultural de nuestro país a través de la lectura, la investigación y la producción editorial.

“Para el Ministerio de Cultura ser coorganizador de este evento es muy importante, porque forma parte de nuestra política de trabajo de promover e incentivar la lectura, porque no hay mejor herramienta que pueda tener un ciudadano para desarrollar al país, que un libro en la mano”, dijo Salas Zegarra, durante su participación en la inauguración de la FIL.

Asimismo, anunció que mediante Decreto Supremo N°007-2022-MC, se aprobó la Política Nacional de la Lectura, el Libro y las Bibliotecas (PNLLB) al 2030, presentada por el Ministerio de Cultura.

“Desde el gobierno, aprobamos la Política Nacional de la Lectura, el Libro y la Biblioteca, para dejarla como política de Estado, para que la sociedad pueda estar vigilante de que pueda ser actualizada constantemente. Así como también, transferimos 4 millones de soles, de nuestro presupuesto, al INEI para la elaboración, por primera vez, de una encuesta nacional y saber el interés de los peruanos por la lectura. De esta manera acortaremos las brechas y las dificultades porque no todos los peruanos tienen acceso a un libro”, culminó.

Este evento organizado por la Cámara Peruana del Libro y coorganizado por el Ministerio de Cultura, tiene el objetivo de contribuir a la reactivación del sector editorial en el país, gravemente afectado por la emergencia sanitaria.

Así como también, informar a la opinión pública el retorno presencial, los detalles del programa cultural, los homenajes y la oferta editorial en este importante evento que se realiza todos los años.

El compromiso del Ministerio de Cultura, es apoyar las iniciativas con un trabajo conjunto con el sector privado y las organizaciones colectivas y que este año, junto a la FIL de Lima, busca sumar esfuerzos para lograr el desarrollo cultural del país.

PARTICIPACIÓN DEL MINISTERIO DE CULTURA
El Ministerio de Cultura participa en la coorganización del evento cultural, a través de la Dirección del Libro y la Lectura, en el marco del Convenio Específico de Colaboración Interinstitucional suscrito con la Cámara Peruana del Libro.

SE PARTICIPARÁ EN LO SIGUIENTE:
1.- Stand colectivo La Independiente. Del 22 de julio al 07 de agosto se promocionarán la producción de las editoriales independientes peruanas que buscan promover la bibliodiversidad, fomentar la creación de catálogos editoriales e impulsar la reactivación económica del sector editorial.
2.- Presentación de la Política Nacional de la Lectura, el Libro y las Bibliotecas (PNLLB) este 25 de julio a las 4:00 p.m. Esta política es el principal instrumento de orientación estratégica, a mediano y largo plazo, en materia de promoción y acceso al libro y la lectura. Con esta política, se beneficiará a 29 millones 381 mil 884 ciudadanos, cuya calidad de vida mejorará.
3.- Ceremonia de Personalidad Meritoria de la Cultura, en el sector del libro y la lectura este 02 de agosto a las 6:00 p.m.
4.- Jornada profesional: importancia de las investigaciones para conocer el comportamiento lector en el contexto regional este 5 de agosto a la 1:00 p. m. Conversatorio que tiene por finalidad realizar un análisis sobre la importancia de las estadísticas en el ámbito del libro y la lectura, así como abordar la realización de la primera Encuesta Nacional de Lectura, que se realiza en el país con alcances y desafíos para este 2022.
5.- Cine: Call Girl (02 de agosto a las 6:00 p.m.) y Km 224 (03 de agosto de 2022 a las 6:00 p.m.). En el marco de la FIL Lima y teniendo como país invitado de honor a Portugal, el Ministerio de Cultura proyectará 2 largometrajes en la sala de cine Armando Robles Godoy del Ministerio de Cultura, con los largometrajes del director portugués Antonio-Pedro Vasconcelos.

La 26. Edición de la FIL Lima, tendrá una duración de diecisiete días (17), desde el viernes 22 de julio al domingo 7 de agosto, en el parque Próceres de la Independencia (Jesús María, Lima), de 11:00 a. m. a 10:00 pm; durante los cuales se congregará a autoras/es, editoras/es, libreras/os y lectoras/es de todo el país y el extranjero.

Esta feria vuelve a su modalidad presencial después de dos años de pandemia, respetando todos los protocolos de bioseguridad: el uso de dos mascarillas o una KN 95 y el alcohol para la desinfección de manos.

También participaron del evento, el alcalde de la Municipalidad de Jesús María, Jorge Luis Quintana; el presidente de la Cámara Peruana del Libro, Willy del Pozo; João Gomes Cravinho, ministro dos Negócios Estrangeiros de Portugal; la jefa institucional de la Biblioteca Nacional del Perú, Fabiola Vergara; la directora de la Casa de la Literatura, Milagritos Saldarriaga; el gerente de la Fundación BBVA Continental, Nelson Alvarado y la escritora Zelmira Aguilar.
