“El gobierno de Pedro Castillo busca un Estado eficiente, inclusivo, descentralizado y con justicia social para todos los peruanos. Para lograrlo, los alcaldes y alcaldesas electos deben trabajar desde el primer día que asumen la función, continuando las obras y los servicios. Lo que está bien hecho debe ser continuado”, indicó el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial durante el taller de inducción para autoridades electas de la región Arequipa.

El titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM), quien estuvo acompañado por la gobernadora Kimmerlee Gutiérrez, señaló que los talleres de inducción tienen por objetivo fortalecer las capacidades de las nuevas autoridades, a fin de generar las condiciones adecuadas para su buen desempeño y, en consecuencia, una eficiente prestación de bienes y servicios hacia el ciudadano.

“Es nuestro compromiso mejorar la calidad de vida de los peruanos y peruanas, no solo de las zonas urbanas sino de todas las localidades de nuestro país. Para ello es necesario brindar a las nuevas autoridades información sobre políticas, planes, normas, y demás instrumentos y herramientas para una buena gestión municipal”, señaló Aníbal Torres, quien garantizó el acompañamiento y asistencia técnica de los especialistas del gobierno nacional.

Los talleres de inducción son una iniciativa promovida por la PCM con el fin de garantizar la continuidad de la provisión de bienes y la prestación de servicio públicos del Estado, una vez iniciadas las nuevas gestiones. Se trata de 58 talleres de inducción dirigidos a 1890 nuevas autoridades, que se tiene previsto realizar del 21 de noviembre al 16 de diciembre del 2022.

En estas jornadas, los alcaldes y alcaldesas electos reciben orientación acerca de buen gobierno municipal; selección y trabajo en equipo; gestión descentralizada y articulación territorial; planeamiento territorial; manejo responsable de los recursos y proyectos de inversión; así como gobierno abierto e integridad pública.

Posteriormente, el presidente del Consejo de Ministros inauguró la institución educativa N°40616 Casimiro Cuadros, en Cayma, en donde invocó a los estudiantes a ser disciplinados y respetuosos con el prójimo. En esa misma línea, el titular de la PCM señaló que los gobernantes también tienen que aprender a no continuar con las diferencias y encontrar puntos de acuerdo por el bien del país. “Tenemos que poner fin a este enfrentamiento entre Ejecutivo y Legislativo que hace daño a nuestra sociedad, principalmente a los más necesitados”, declaró.

Torres Vásquez pidió al Legislativo a sentarse frente al Ejecutivo para dialogar de manera racional y directa para sacar adelante al país. “Solo se requiere de buena fe, amor al prójimo y al Perú para ponernos de acuerdo y terminar con los odios, rencores y venganzas”, concluyó.

Subsequently, the President of the Council of Ministers inaugurated the educational institution No. 40616 Casimiro Cuadros, in Cayma, where he called on students to be disciplined and respectful of others. Torres Vásquez asked the Legislature to sit in front of the Executive to have a rational and direct dialogue to move the country forward. “All it takes is good faith, love for our neighbor and for Peru to reach an agreement and put an end to hatred, resentment and revenge,” he concluded.
