Acompañan al gobernante peruano el Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, junto a los titulares de los pliegos ministeriales de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo, Cultura, Salud, Defensa, Interior, Producción, Comercio Exterior y Turismo, Economía y Finanzas, Ambiente, y Energía y Minas.
La agenda de trabajo IV Encuentro Presidencial y Gabinete Binacional Perú-Chile, incluye reuniones bilaterales entre los Ministros de Estado, así como un encuentro de los jefes de Estado con el Consejo Empresarial Perú-Chile y la suscripción de una Declaración y acuerdos.
