PRESUPUESTO GENERAL DE LA REPÚBLICA POR ELCONGRESO.

Este proyecto ha sido aprobado por el parlamento en el dictamen de la comisión de presupuesto por la cantidad tal cual la hemos expresado, ahora bien, la preocupación del ministro de economía y finanzas, que además comparte todo el gabinete , es que el Congreso ha decidido tocar como fuente de financiamiento los fondos de contingencia en S/1, 164 millones, es decir, que si el próximo año tenemos un terremoto o una nueva variable de Covid o cualquier fenómeno, no tendríamos de donde sacar el dinero.

Es importante mencionar que dentro de los S/ 214,8 mil millones está considerado el fondo de contingencia, que normalmente oscila entre 3 a 5 mil millones, entonces lo que a tocado en estos momentos el parlamento, es destinar el dinero de este fondo de contingencia, como fuente de financiamiento para la realización de obras públicas; en nuestro país nunca se ha tocado el fondo de contingencia, en un país como el nuestro, tan geográficamente diverso, como afrontamos de producirse una emergencia, si se toca este dinero que justamente sirve para afrontar los gastos de emergencia antes desastres, etc., enfatizó la premier Chávez Chino.

Finalmente sostuvo la premier Betssy Chávez, estoy segura que un gran sector del parlamento va a recapacitar y no permitirán que se toque el fondo de contingencia para convertirlo en fuente de financiamiento, recalcó.
