Ministros viajarán a zonas de conflicto social, buscando diálogo e impulsar la paz y la gobernabilidad sostuvo premier Pedro Angulo.

“Invocamos a la ciudadanía para que el diálogo sea el modo de entendernos entre peruanos. Tenemos la mejor intención de atender las demandas que se ajustan a la ley, y que son necesidades sentidas de nuestra población que sufre carencias por muchos años, tema que reconocemos”, indicó el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial durante su presentación ante el Pleno del Congreso, a donde acudió para informar sobre los disturbios y actos violentos producidos en Andahuaylas (Apurímac).

El titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) anunció que, ante la coyuntura actual, el Ejecutivo evaluará la implementación del estado de emergencia en circunscripciones específicas. “No es que se desee (el estado de emergencia), es finalmente una estrategia que se tiene que desarrollar en bien de la demanda de los ciudadanos que reclaman el respeto a su vida y a su propiedad”, manifestó.

Angulo indicó que también se decidió encargar a cada ministro de Estado ir a cada zona de conflictividad social, para que promuevan el diálogo con autoridades electas, organizaciones sociales y sociedad civil, con el fin de impulsar el desarrollo territorial, la paz social y la gobernabilidad.

“Hemos conformado un gabinete de crisis, además tenemos una estrategia para conservar la paz social que es la comunicación y articulación con algunos sectores involucrados que han ido ingresando al diálogo con el Gobierno. Buscamos que se respete el estado de derecho y la vida de las personas”, señaló.

El premier manifestó que desde que juramentó el actual gabinete de la presidenta de la república, Dina Boluarte, enfrenta situaciones de crisis permanente, y a pesar de ello, el Ejecutivo intenta generar líneas de gobierno.

Explicó que este Gobierno busca la paz, no busca la violencia, no obstante, consideró que existen otros actores que buscan la violencia en el país, por eso “tenemos la responsabilidad de que exista orden, los ciudadanos de la calle quieren seguridad, trabajo, salud, paz y sobre todo esperanza”, apuntó.

“Tenemos sensibilidad, queremos construir, lamentablemente hay quienes no nos dejan, queremos hacer gestión, pero ahora estamos atendiendo la crisis, aparecimos en la crisis y eso es lo que estamos llevando, no queremos que escale y se pierdan más vidas. Nuestro mensaje es constructivo y de estabilidad”, dijo.

Finalmente, saludó el respaldo del Congreso al gabinete ministerial de Dina Boluarte. “En realidad nos vamos satisfechos por el respaldo, que es el respaldo al país, y mientras eso exista habrá esperanza. Vamos a cumplir con nuestro deber, el Estado no va a ser colocado contra la pared y se va a respetar los derechos humanos de todos los peruanos”, culminó.

The premier stated that since the current cabinet of the president of the republic, Dina Boluarte, was sworn in, she has faced situations of permanent crisis, and despite this, the Executive tries to generate lines of government.

He explained that this government seeks peace, it does not seek violence, however, he considered that there are other actors who seek violence in the country, for this reason “we have the responsibility to ensure that there is order, the citizens of the street want security, work, health, peace and above all hope”, he pointed out.

“We are sensitive, we want to build, unfortunately there are those who will not let us, we want to manage, but now we are dealing with the crisis, we appeared in the crisis and that is what we are taking, we do not want it to escalate and more lives are lost. Our message is constructive and stable,” he said.

Finally, he welcomed the support of Congress for the ministerial cabinet of Dina Boluarte. “Actually, we leave satisfied with the support, which is the support for the country, and as long as that exists there will be hope. We are going to fulfill our duty, the State is not going to be placed against the wall and the human rights of all Peruvians are going to be respected”, he concluded.
