Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE https://prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe La Asociación Nacional de Periodistas del Perú (ANP) – Filial Huamanga, ante los hechos que se vienen suscitando en un contexto político y social adversos que vive el país, expresa lo siguiente:

1.- Su profundo pesar y condolencias a sus familiares, por las muertes y heridos de nuestros hermanos ayacuchanos, entre quienes ejercían legítimamente su derecho a la protesta y los efectivos de las fuerzas armadas.

2.- Demandamos se determinen responsabilidades penales y políticas por el uso abusivo de sus facultades, de quienes, actuaron fuera de los lineamientos de derechos humanos. Entendemos que aún en contexto de emergencia, el uso proporcional de la fuerza por parte de las FF. AA y Policiales deben seguir ciertos códigos y parámetros. Por ello la Fiscalía de Derechos Humanos debe profundizar las investigaciones, proceder a detener en flagrancia y sancionar con todo el peso de la Ley a los responsables de estas muertes.

3.- Exigimos deslindar y exponer a quienes ponen en riesgo la salud y la vida de las personas, atacan o dañan bienes públicos o privados, a quienes se escudan en el ejercicio del derecho a la protesta y cometen vandalismo; individuos que deben ser identificados y sancionados.

4.- Extendemos nuestra solidaridad con periodistas y reporteros de prensa y medios de comunicación, que reciben ataques en las protestas sociales de Ayacucho y el país; así como, les exhortamos comunicar con veracidad y tratar la información con el principio de neutralidad que requiere el derecho a la información.

5.- Hacemos responsables políticos a la Sra. Dina Boluarte, a sus ministros de defensa e interior, el actuar lento y cómplice de los congresistas, por la irreparable pérdida de vida de ayacuchanos y peruanos y demandamos una respuesta clara del Poder Ejecutivo y Legislativo, que permita recuperar la paz y tranquilidad social.

Por lo expuesto, la Asociación Nacional de Periodistas del Perú (ANP) – Filial Huamanga, propone con suma urgencia una inmediata tregua y diálogo social que permita soluciones de cara al pueblo.

1.- His deep regret and condolences to his relatives, for the deaths and injuries of our brothers from Ayacucho, among those who legitimately exercised their right to protest and the members of the armed forces.

2.- We demand that criminal and political responsibilities be determined for the abusive use of their faculties, of those who acted outside the human rights guidelines. We understand that even in an emergency context, the proportional use of force by the FF. AA and Police must follow certain codes and parameters. For this reason, the Human Rights Prosecutor must deepen the investigations, proceed to arrest in flagrante delicto and punish those responsible for these deaths to the fullest extent of the Law.

3.- We demand to identify and expose those who put people’s health and lives at risk, attack or damage public or private property, those who hide behind the exercise of the right to protest and commit vandalism; individuals who must be identified and punished.

4.- We extend our solidarity with journalists and reporters from the press and the media, who receive attacks in the social protests of Ayacucho and the country; As well as, we urge you to communicate truthfully and treat the information with the principle of neutrality that the right to information requires.

5.- We hold Mrs. Dina Boluarte, her defense and interior ministers politically responsible, for the slow and complicit action of congressmen, for the irreparable loss of life of Ayacucho and Peruvians and we demand a clear response from the Executive and Legislative Powers , that allows to recover the peace and social tranquility.

For these reasons, the National Association of Journalists of Peru (ANP) – Huamanga Branch, urgently proposes an immediate truce and social dialogue that allows solutions for the people.
