Alejandro Muñante , Tercer Vicepresidente del Legislativo, en su participación señaló que es importante fortalecer las capacidades de los regidores, “Nuestras autoridades tienen como una de sus principales acciones la elaboración de las ordenanzas municipales que, cuando están bien hechas y fundamentadas, representan un gran beneficio para la población…”
Por su parte, la jefa de la OEC, Isabel Soto Bardales, dijo que la problemática de los regidores y consejeros no puede ser evadidas, es por ello que se continuará con los talleres, presenciales y virtuales a nivel nacional , “Se expondrán temáticas relacionadas a una buena gestión y a un excelente trabajo fiscalizador, todo dentro de las normativas”., indicó
Dentro de la temática se expuso la Organización y Gestión Municipal, Técnica Legislativa y el Rol Fiscalizador de los Regidores.
El primero en exponer estuvo a cargo del doctor Rafael Vera Mascaro, quien desarrollo el tema de la organización y reestructuración municipal y la función fiscalizadora de los regidores; luego continuo Jorge Vilches Vilches, quien trato los temas de ordenanzas tributarias, fiscalización tributaria y administrativa municipal. Los comentarios estuvieron a cargo de las panelistas Nancy Córdova Morales y Sandra Gutiérrez Cubas.
Al taller participaron más de 150 regidores de los 43 distritos de Lima Metropolitana.
