Desde allí, el titular de la PCM resaltó que el Gobierno Central impulsa todas las actividades para el retorno a las aulas, el próximo 13 de marzo. “En esa perspectiva, estamos promoviendo los productos de medianas y pequeñas empresas que pasan por un exigente proceso de calidad e instamos a las instituciones a que sigan apoyando al empresario peruano”, manifestó.

Junto al ministro de la Producción, Raúl Pérez Reyes, el premier conversó con los representantes de los rubros de cuero y calzado de Lima y Trujillo, quienes ofrecen zapatos y zapatillas con forros naturales para escolares. Además, pudo constatar la calidad del mobiliario, como sillas y carpetas de madera y metal, fabricado por emprendedores del Parque Industrial de Villa El Salvador y de Pucallpa.

Del mismo modo, verificó las opciones saludables y nutritivas para las loncheras de los estudiantes, elaboradas por productores de La Libertad, Loreto y Pasco. Se encuentran, por ejemplo, la mermelada Frutgaia, de arándano con yacón y stevia; así como Ferro Quinua, un alimento hecho a base de quinua roja fortificada con hierro hemínico, para prevenir la anemia; y la mantequilla con sal de maras y finas hierbas, sin aditivos ni preservantes.

Otárola animó a la ciudadanía a adquirir estos productos, que cuentan con una alta calidad, pues reciben los servicios del Instituto Tecnológico de la Producción del Ministerio de la Producción a nivel nacional.

En la misma línea, recordó que el Ejecutivo considera que las mype son la base del desarrollo del país, por lo cual se ha aprobado el DU 005-2023, a través del cual se ha transferido cerca de 180 millones de soles para que estas fabriquen los uniformes y el calzado de la Policía Nacional. “La instrucción es que sean prendas de altísima calidad. Estamos seguros de que estarán a la altura de este pedido”, expresó. Agregó que la medida beneficiará a más de 1500 mype en el Perú.

Estas acciones responden al compromiso del Gobierno para la reactivación económica de las medianas y pequeñas empresas, cuyas líneas de acción se reflejan en el programa Con Punche Productivo. Esta iniciativa se dirige especialmente a dinamizar la economía de las familias que más lo necesitan, incentivando la compra de productos peruanos y saludables en el marco de la nueva campaña escolar.

In the same way, he verified the healthy and nutritious options for the students’ lunch boxes, made by producers from La Libertad, Loreto and Pasco. There is, for example, the Frutgaia jam, blueberry with yacon and stevia; as well as Ferro Quinoa, a food made from red quinoa fortified with haem iron, to prevent anemia; and butter with sea salt and fine herbs, without additives or preservatives.

Otárola encouraged citizens to purchase these products, which have a high quality, since they receive the services of the Technological Institute of Production of the Ministry of Production at the national level.

Along the same lines, he recalled that the Executive considers that mypes are the basis of the country’s development, for which reason DU 005-2023 has been approved, through which about 180 million soles have been transferred so that they can manufacture the uniforms and footwear of the National Police. “The instruction is that they are garments of the highest quality. We are sure that they will live up to this request,” he said. He added that the measure will benefit more than 1,500 mypes in Peru.

These actions respond to the Government’s commitment to the economic reactivation of small and medium-sized companies, whose lines of action are reflected in the Con Punche Productivo program. This initiative is especially aimed at boosting the economy of the families that need it most, encouraging the purchase of Peruvian and healthy products within the framework of the new school campaign.
