Ello en cumplimiento al cronograma y lineamiento aprobados por la Comisión Especial encargada de la selección de candidatos aptos para la elección del defensor del Pueblo (CEDP), que preside el congresista Idelso Manuel García Correa (APP).
LOS CIUDADANOS PUEDEN PARTICIPAR DE DOS FORMAS:
-Formular vía denuncia (en formato establecido por la CEDP) observaciones y/o información relevante respecto del incumplimiento por cualquier postulante, de algún requisito exigido para ser postulante a candidato apto. La misma que será debidamente sustentada y documentada.
-Remitir preguntas para la etapa de entrevistas a los postulantes (en formato establecido por la CEDP). Estas serán formuladas aleatoriamente y para ser dirigidas a cualquier postulante. En total cada postulante debe responder cinco preguntas provenientes de ciudadanos y estas deben estar referidas a comprobar los conocimientos para ser declarado candidato apto. La CEDP no considerará las preguntas que no sean pertinentes.
LA DENUNCIAS CIUDADANAS LAS PUEDEN HACER:
De manera virtual al correo de la Comisión Especial comisionespecialdp@congreso.gob.pe desde las 09:00 horas del lunes 13 de marzo de 2023 hasta las 17:00 horas del viernes 17 de marzo de 2023, según registro de ingreso al correo de la CEDP.
De manera presencial en Jirón Huallaga N.° 358, Oficina N.° 204-205, edificio Fernando Belaúnde – Cercado de Lima, del lunes 13 al viernes 17 de marzo de 2023, en horario de oficina: de 09:00 horas a 17:00 horas.
La participación ciudadana vía preguntas se presenta solo de manera virtual al correo del congresista miembro de la Comisión Especial de su elección, y obligatoriamente con copia al correo de la Comisión Especial comisionespecialdp@congreso.gob.pe desde las 09:00 horas del lunes 13 de marzo hasta las 17:00 horas del viernes 17 de marzo de 2023, según registro de ingreso al correo de la CEDP.

En cumplimiento del cronograma aprobado, hoy se publicó en los diarios Perú.21, El Comercio y Expreso los formatos presentados por cada postulante invitado a candidato apto. También están publicados en la página web de la Comisión Especial y del Congreso de la República.
