La mandataria destacó que, en el marco de este consejo, los gobernadores regionales sostendrán hoy y mañana reuniones de trabajo con cada uno de los ministros de Estado, a fin de poner sobre la mesa las agendas territoriales, agilizar proyectos y tomar decisiones con resultados concretos.
“Atrás quedan esas reuniones de carácter político donde se prometían grandes cosas y luego no se cumplían”, enfatizó la jefa de Estado, quien recordó que tanto en las autoridades de las regiones y del Ejecutivo hay una alta responsabilidad de responder a las necesidades de la población.
Bajo esa premisa, subrayó que el Gobierno no desmayará un minuto en el trabajo por el país, más aún por el llamado Perú profundo, y expresó su convencimiento de que la labor conjunta desplegada con las regiones allanará el camino para el desarrollo sostenido de la patria.
“El crecimiento y el progreso tienen que ser para todos, no solo para una parte del territorio. No solo para las grandes ciudades, tiene que llegar a las provincias, a los distritos, a los centros poblados”, puntualizó la dignataria en su discurso.
En ese sentido, la presidenta Boluarte recordó que, con el objetivo de impulsar la reactivación, se encuentra en marcha el plan Con Punche Perú, que ya implementó el 95% de sus medidas, y recientemente el Ejecutivo aprobó un decreto que permitirá acelerar la inversión pública y agilizar proyectos por 10,000 millones de soles en el país.
“Sigamos trabajando juntos para atender las necesidades más urgentes, para profundizar la descentralización, para fortalecer la democracia, el Estado de derecho y la gobernabilidad, y para construir un país más justo y equitativo, un país donde todas y todos puedan vivir con dignidad”, indicó la jefa de Estado.
En otro momento, adelantó que en los próximos días el Ejecutivo presentará una reforma a la Ley de Contrataciones, a fin de que esta sea más ágil y ayude a la gestión de las regiones. Asimismo dijo que se masificará el gas en todo el territorio nacional.
Participaron en esta sesión inaugural, el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial, Alberto Otárola (de manera virtual), los ministros de Estado; el titular de la Asamblea Nacional de Gobiernos Regionales, Rohel Sánchez, y autoridades regionales.
El Consejo de Estado Regional constituye una instancia operativa donde el Ejecutivo y los gobiernos regionales articularán el desarrollo de las políticas de gobierno y la implementación de acciones conjuntas, a partir de la construcción de agendas territoriales, en el marco del proceso de descentralización.

“Growth and progress have to be for everyone, not just for a part of the territory. Not only for large cities, it has to reach the provinces, districts, and populated centers,” the dignitary pointed out in her speech.
In this sense, President Boluarte recalled that, with the aim of promoting reactivation, the Con Punche Peru plan is underway, which has already implemented 95% of its measures, and the Executive branch recently approved a decree that will allow investment to be accelerated public and expedite projects for 10,000 million soles in the country.
