Junto a la ministra de Salud, Rosa Gutiérrez, el premier anunció el inicio de los trabajos de mejoramiento de los puestos de salud Santa Lucía y Achual Limón, que beneficiarán a más de 600 ciudadanos. Las intervenciones requerirán una inversión de S/8 456 390.

“Con estas acciones, la población tendrá un tópico de emergencia, consultorios médicos, atención prenatal, cadena de frío, sala de reposo, sala comunitaria, entre otros servicios”, detalló. Añadió que la política del Gobierno de la presidenta Dina Boluarte apunta a destrabar proyectos, como hospitales y centros de salud.

MEGAPROYECTO DE SANEAMIENTO BÁSICO
El jefe del Gabinete Ministerial también aseguró que el proyecto integral de mejoramiento y ampliación del sistema de agua potable y alcantarillado de Yurimaguas será una realidad con el desembolso de los recursos necesarios. En las próximas semanas se hará la transferencia de S/11 844 933 para el inicio de los trabajos de la primera etapa de la obra.

Acompañado del alcalde de la Municipalidad Provincial de Alto Amazonas, William Saldaña Reyes, indicó que este monto permitirá el destrabe de uno de los siete megaproyectos de agua y saneamiento a nivel nacional, anunciados por el Ejecutivo durante el voto de investidura en enero último. Esta obra, que se llevará a cabo en tres etapas, requerirá una inversión total de más S/193 556 56.

“No existe derecho humano más elemental que el acceso al saneamiento básico. Esta obra va a beneficiar a más de setenta mil personas en Yurimaguas. Se trata de una obra emblemática que mencioné cuando solicité el voto de confianza del Parlamento y estamos cumpliendo nuestra palabra”, aseveró el premier.

Finalmente, Otárola Peñaranda inspeccionó las acciones de prevención emprendidas por el Ministerio de Salud en la jurisdicción para hacer frente al dengue.

“El Gobierno está en todo el país enfrentando de manera decidida esta situación, que tiene que ser atacada con tareas como la fumigación y también mediante la estrecha coordinación con las autoridades locales y regionales”, indicó.

Las iniciativas promovidas por el Ejecutivo en la región Loreto se enmarcan en los ejes de “Impulso al desarrollo de los departamentos”, “La salud como derecho humano” y “Más infraestructura y servicios para una mejor calidad de vida”, consignadas en la Política General de Gobierno para el presente mandato presidencial.

Durante el viaje de trabajo se facilitó el retorno de 7 niños de Yurimaguas a sus hogares, tras ser operados en el Hospital Dos de Mayo y en el Instituto Nacional de Salud del Niño de Breña, en Lima.

La atención médica se realizó en el marco del Plan Nacional de Desembalse Quirúrgico “Operación Vida” que impulsa el Minsa en coordinación con la Fuerza Aérea del Perú.

The initiatives promoted by the Executive in the Loreto region are framed within the axes of “Promoting the development of the departments”, “Health as a human right” and “More infrastructure and services for a better quality of life”, consigned in the Policy General of Government for the present presidential term.

During the work trip, the return of 7 children from Yurimaguas to their homes was facilitated, after being operated on at the Dos de Mayo Hospital and at the Breña National Institute of Child Health, in Lima.

Medical care was carried out within the framework of the National Plan for Surgical Unloading “Operation Life” promoted by Minsa in coordination with the Peruvian Air Force.
