Al asistir al lanzamiento de Cocinando con Pescado del Programa Nacional A Comer Pescado, en Villa El Salvador, la mandataria sostuvo que corresponde a todos -Estado, ciudadanía y sector privado- empujar hacia adelante el carro llamado Perú.

Y ello, explicó la dignataria, implica generar mayor presupuesto para comedores y ollas populares, así como una mejor educación, nutrición, atención en salud y cierre de brechas sociales a través del impulso de proyectos de agua potable a nivel nacional.

Bajo esa premisa, la jefa de Estado subrayó la importancia de mantener en el país un diálogo constante, junto con un ambiente de calma y paz, al remarcar que ello constituye la manera de poder avanzar y generar el desarrollo postergado.

La violencia, recordó, solamente genera el incremento del costo de vida, la falta de productos y transporte, junto con pérdidas altas para el país.

La presidenta Boluarte asistió también a la presentación del comedor popular Micaela Bastidas, donde dialogó con las madres a cargo del lugar y niños beneficiarios, además de acompañar en la preparación de los alimentos que se ofrecen allí.

Participaron de estas actividades, los ministros de la Producción, Raúl Pérez Reyes, y de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social, Julio Demartini; el director general de Cálidda, Martín Mejía, y la presidenta del comedor popular Micaela Bastidas, Jessica Munive.

Cocinando con Pescado está dirigida principalmente a las socias de los comedores populares y ollas comunes, con el objetivo de promover el consumo, uso adecuado, así como el aprovechamiento de productos hidrobiológicos en dichas organizaciones sociales.

En ese marco, el Programa Nacional A Comer Pescado y la empresa Cálidda celebraron un convenio marco de cooperación interinstitucional para ampliar las capacitaciones a los comedores populares y ollas comunes, a través de talleres de cocina, preparaciones saludables, acceso económico de pescado y el fomento de emprendimientos.

Este 2023, se tiene previsto que A Comer Pescado llegue a unos 2,300 comedores populares y 2,000 ollas comunes, beneficiando de manera directa a 8,600 socias y de manera indirecta a más de 300,000 personas atendidas diariamente.
