La Organización del Tratado de Cooperación Amazónica es una organización intergubernamental conformada por Bolivia, Brasil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Perú, Surinam y Venezuela, suscritos al Tratado de Cooperación Amazónica (TCA). Este bloque socioambiental construye sinergias.
Premier Otárola: “Hay que esforzarnos entre países para conseguir mayores fondos, centralizar el trabajo y potenciar esta institución. Para ello cuentan con el Perú. La Amazonía es un territorio fundamental donde implementamos los lineamientos de la Política General de Gobierno”.
Titular de la PCM en reunión con OTCA: “El Gobierno de la presidenta Dina Boluarte ha decidido darle una mirada política al desarrollo de la Amazonía y tener una visión de Sudamérica para hacer frente a las amenazas hidroclimáticas”.
En el encuentro participaron también la titular de Cancillería de Perú, Ana Cecilia Gervasi; el director administrativo de OTCA, Carlos Salinas; y el director general de América, Embajador John Peter Camino.

Head of the PCM in a meeting with OTCA: “The government of President Dina Boluarte has decided to take a political look at the development of the Amazon and have a vision of South America to deal with hydroclimatic threats.”
