El viernes 16 de junio a las 8:00 de la mañana, en el local del almacén de la UGEL Cajamarca, ubicado en el Jr. Mariscal Cáceres 1057, se efectuó la entrega formal del mobiliario escolar consistente en mesas y sillas de madera de varios tamaños para uso escolar, reunión que se inició con el Himno Nacional en quechua interpretado por una niña estudiante del colegio Saco Oliveros.
Luis Alfredo Llaque Silva, Director de la UGEL Cajamarca, Luciano Troyes Rivera, Director Regional de Educación, José Flores Cotrina representante de la UGEL Celendín y Doris Elita Chuquiruna Alvarado, Jefa de la Unidad Zonal Cajamarca del Programa Nacional de Infraestructura Educativa – PRONIED, agradecieron a la Iglesia de Jesucristo por la donación de los muebles escolares que ayudara a gran cantidad de estudiantes de la región.
Felipe Campos, líder local de la Iglesia de Jesucristo en Cajamarca, representó a la Iglesia asistiendo también el segundo consejero de la unidad denominada estaca Cajamarca, Jaime Torres.
