Según resaltó, dicha inversión se dio en el marco del plan Con Punche Perú Agro e incluye la limpieza y mantenimiento de canales y drenes, implementación de núcleos ejecutores para la generación de empleos, construcción de qochas, entrega de créditos, planes de negocios y mercados itinerantes.

Además, la jefa de Estado remarcó que, a través del Fondo Agroperú y el Fondo para la Inclusión Financiera del Pequeño Productor Agropecuario, se ha otorgado cerca de 30,000 créditos, por un monto superior a los 400 millones de soles. Asimismo, se benefició a 630,000 productores con transferencias directas para enfrentar el encarecimiento mundial de fertilizantes y la sequía.

De igual forma, afirmó que una de las iniciativas de mayor envergadura en apoyo a la competitividad y productividad de los pequeños agricultores ha sido el financiamiento de planes de negocio por más de 200 millones de soles, para cofinanciar maquinarias, equipos y tecnología.

Todas estas acciones, subrayó la mandataria, reflejan el trabajo que despliega el Gobierno en favor de los agricultores. “Hechos y no palabras”, puntualizó.

Desde Ayacucho, donde participó de un pago a la tierra junto a las comunidades, la mandataria expresó su saludo a todos los agricultores del Perú, desde el valle del Urubamba, pasando por Apurímac, hasta las zonas altoandinas de Huancavelica y Puno; desde las zonas rurales de Huánuco y Piura hasta el valle del Mantaro y Ucayali.

“Hoy queremos decirles, en esa reconciliación nacional, que el Perú está por encima de sus problemas, la nación está por encima de los obstáculos. Nos tenemos que encontrar en ese abrazo fraterno, en ese único corazón que ame nuestro Perú para hacerlo un país desarrollado en beneficio de todos los peruanos”, enfatizó la dignataria.

Tras mencionar que el mejor homenaje en este día para los agricultores pasa por reconocer lo que les pertenece, la presidenta Boluarte lideró la entrega de 1,269 títulos de propiedad en beneficio de nueve provincias de toda la región Ayacucho.

La mandataria dio cuenta también de la promulgación de la Ley de Junta de Usuarios, esperada por el sector agropecuario, en el marco de un trabajo de respeto y responsabilidad con el Congreso frente a las necesidades urgentes del país.

Participaron de la actividad junto a la dignataria, el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial, Alberto Otárola, y los titulares de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego, Nelly Paredes; Transporte y Comunicaciones, Paola Lazarte; de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, Hania Pérez de Cuellar; de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social, Julio Demartini; el gobernador de Ayacucho, Wilfredo Oscorima, y el alcalde del distrito de Chiara, Ulises Bautista.

From Ayacucho, where she participated in a payment to the land together with the communities, the president expressed her greetings to all the farmers of Peru, from the Urubamba valley, passing through Apurímac, to the high Andean areas of Huancavelica and Puno; from the rural areas of Huánuco and Piura to the Mantaro Valley and Ucayali.

“Today we want to tell you, in that national reconciliation, that Peru is above its problems, the nation is above obstacles. We have to find ourselves in that fraternal embrace, in that only heart that our Peru loves to make it a developed country for the benefit of all Peruvians,” the dignitary emphasized.

After mentioning that the best tribute on this day for farmers is to recognize what belongs to them, President Boluarte led the delivery of 1,269 property titles for the benefit of nine provinces throughout the Ayacucho region.

The president also gave an account of the enactment of the Users’ Board Law, expected by the agricultural sector, within the framework of a work of respect and responsibility with Congress in the face of the urgent needs of the country.
