La titular Vivienda llegó al distrito de Ancón donde lideró la feria “Con Punche Vivienda”, en la que participaron los organismos adscritos al sector como Cofopri, Sedapal, Fondo Mi Vivienda, Sencico, OTASS y la Superintendencia de Bienes Nacionales-SBN, así como los programas y direcciones del ministerio; para brindar información y atención al público de Lima Norte sobre los servicios que prestan estas entidades.

“Hoy, aquí en Ancón, se inicia está marcha por el agua y el saneamiento en Lima. Vamos juntos a recorrer cada uno de los esquemas, para escucharlos y entender realmente de corazón, cómo se vive y aportar y traer de manera conjunta soluciones (a la falta de estos servicios básicos)”, manifestó durante la ceremonia que contó con la presencia del alcalde distrital, Samuel Daza, el viceministro de Vivienda y Urbanismo, Hernán Navarro, funcionarios y dirigentes de Ancón.

En su alocución, la ministra Pérez de Cuéllar dijo que existe una deuda social muy grande y que en seis meses no la podemos resolver, por lo que su sector, el Gobierno, trabajan día y noche, todos los días de la semana, para cerrar estas brechas.

“Acá no solamente se trata de agua, se trata de dignidad, se trata de salud y también de democracia, porque cómo vamos a lograr vivir en paz, cómo vamos a lograr vivir en una democracia, si ni siquiera tenemos agua”.

PROYECTO INTEGRAL
En la reunión con pobladores de Ancón, la ministra y funcionarios del sector Vivienda informaron, entre otros aspectos, sobre el estado del proyecto integral de agua y alcantarillado Lomas de Ancón, que incluye además la construcción de una planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales (PTAR).

Al respecto, el director ejecutivo del Programa Agua Segura para Lima y Callao (PASLC), Carlos Lozada, anunció que la Superintendencia Nacional de Bienes Estatales (SBN) ya otorgó a Sedapal la titularidad de un terreno de 16 hectáreas, donde se instalarán las redes de agua y saneamiento.

Indicó también que se viene trabajando con Cofopri y la SBN en el saneamiento físico legal de otro predio de 16 hectáreas donde se prevé la construcción de la PTAR. Una vez solucionado este aspecto, quedaría expedito la convocatoria para la elaboración del expediente técnico.

Por su parte, la titular de Vivienda ratificó la voluntad de sacar adelante el referido proyecto, que está valorizado en más de S/ 300 millones y beneficiará a más de 30 mil familias asentadas en ese distrito del norte de Lima, pero también asegurar las fuentes de agua, esencial para brindar el servicio.

Anunció que se conformará una mesa de trabajo, así como un comité de monitoreo y vigilancia, con participación de los vecinos de Ancón, para hacer seguimiento a los acuerdos en materia de avances del proyecto para lo cual se elaborará el cronograma respectivo.

En otro momento, la ministra Pérez de Cuéllar reafirmó su firme compromiso de luchar frontalmente contra la corrupción y enfatizó que la corrupción no solo le roba al Estado, sino también le roba el agua a la población.

En la feria “Con Punche Vivienda” también participaron los programas y direcciones como el Programa Mejoramiento Integral de Barrios, Programa Nacional de Saneamiento Urbano, el Programa Nacional de Saneamiento Rural, PASLC, entre otros.
