La reunión con empresarios inmobiliarios contó con la presencia de la titular del sector, Hania Pérez de Cuéllar, quien invitó a los representantes de cerca de 20 empresas inmobiliarias a invertir en los proyectos habitacionales a desarrollarse sobre terrenos urbanos de más de 1100 hectáreas, ubicados en Arequipa, Lambayeque, Lima, Moquegua y Piura.

“Los invito a invertir en y por el Perú. Por ese futuro de millones de peruanos (que sueñan con una casa propia) y con ese sueño no vamos a jugar y menos lucrar. Tienen nuestro compromiso que se respetarán los acuerdos, los contratos y se llevarán procesos justos, transparentes y sin corrupción”, enfatizó.

La ministra de Vivienda destacó que el desarrollo de estos proyectos tiene por finalidad contribuir al objetivo del Gobierno de la presidenta Dina Boluarte y de su sector, de reducir la brecha habitacional y lograr que más peruanos accedan a viviendas seguras, asequibles, de buena calidad y con servicios básicos, lo cual no será posible sin la participación del sector privado.

Resaltó que, en los últimos 20 años, el rubro inmobiliario, de la mano con el Estado, ha contribuido al desarrollo económico y social de nuestras ciudades con la creación de millones de viviendas que han permitido que muchas familias tengan un hogar seguro y digno.

Anotó que actualmente el déficit habitacional en el país alcanza un millón 850 mil viviendas, mientras que 3 millones de peruanos no tienen acceso a agua potable y 8 millones carecen de servicios de saneamiento. Cada año, el déficit habitacional se incrementa en 140 mil viviendas y solo se generan 70 mil viviendas formales.

“Queremos afianzar y profundizar nuestra alianza con el sector privado. Desde este Gobierno apostamos por la iniciativa privada. Estamos convencidos que trabajando de manera conjunta vamos a poder cerrar las brechas sociales que aquejan al país”, manifestó.

PROYECTOS
Actualmente, el MVCS, a través del Fondo MIVIVIENDA, tiene 3 proyectos en concurso: 2 en Moquegua y otro en Villa el Salvador, en Lima Metropolitana, donde se ejecutarán 700 viviendas sociales en terrenos del MVCS y de la Municipalidad Provincial de Ilo.

Asimismo, hay 13 proyectos próximos a concursarse (entre marzo y junio del 2024), siendo 10 en Arequipa (4 en el distrito de Alto Selva Alegre, 5 en Cerro Colorado y 1 en Yura), 1 en Lima (Santa María), 1 en Piura (Talara) y 1 en Lambayeque (Olmos).

Estos 13 proyectos se ejecutarán en terrenos propiedad de la Superintendencia Nacional de Bienes Estatales (SBN), y del Proyecto Especial Olmos Tinajones, donde se plantea construir 4015 viviendas a favor de más de 16 mil peruanos y peruanas.

“PROYECTOS EN ACTIVOS”
Además, el MVCS presentó una cartera de 5 proyectos en la modalidad de “Proyectos en Activos”, 2 en el distrito de Salaverry, en Trujillo; 2 en Piura, en el distrito de Veintiséis de Octubre; y 1 en Lima, el proyecto Lomas de Ancón.

Estos proyectos se desarrollarán en terrenos de más de mil hectáreas, pertenecientes al Proyecto Especial Chavimochic, al Proyecto Especial Chira Piura, y a la SBN, ejecutándose más de 58 200 viviendas a favor de 232 mil beneficiarios.

En la presentación de la cartera de proyectos inmobiliarios también participaron el Viceministro de Vivienda y Urbanismo, Hernán Navarro; el presidente del Fondo MIVIVIENDA, Francisco Carbajal, entre otros funcionarios.

“I invite you to invest in and for Peru. For that future of millions of Peruvians (who dream of their own home) and with that dream we are not going to play and even less profit. They have our commitment that agreements and contracts will be respected and fair, transparent and corruption-free processes will be carried out”, he emphasized.

The Minister of Housing stressed that the development of these projects is intended to contribute to the objective of the Government of President Dina Boluarte and her sector, of reducing the housing gap and ensuring that more Peruvians have access to safe, affordable, good quality and with basic services, which will not be possible without the participation of the private sector.

He highlighted that, in the last 20 years, the real estate sector, hand in hand with the State, has contributed to the economic and social development of our cities with the creation of millions of homes that have allowed many families to have a safe and decent home.

He noted that currently the housing deficit in the country reaches 1,850,000 homes, while 3 million Peruvians do not have access to drinking water and 8 million lack sanitation services. Each year, the housing deficit increases by 140,000 homes and only 70,000 formal homes are generated.

“We want to strengthen and deepen our alliance with the private sector. From this Government we bet on the private initiative. We are convinced that working together we will be able to close the social gaps that afflict the country,” he said.

PROJECTS
Currently, the MVCS, through the MIVIVIENDA Fund, has 3 projects in competition: 2 in Moquegua and another in Villa el Salvador, in Metropolitan Lima, where 700 social housing will be built on land owned by the MVCS and the Provincial Municipality of Ilo.

Likewise, there are 13 projects about to be tendered (between March and June 2024), being 10 in Arequipa (4 in the district of Alto Selva Alegre, 5 in Cerro Colorado and 1 in Yura), 1 in Lima (Santa María), 1 in Piura (Talara) and 1 in Lambayeque (Olmos).

These 13 projects will be carried out on land owned by the National Superintendence of State Assets (SBN), and the Olmos Tinajones Special Project, where it is planned to build 4,015 homes for the benefit of more than 16,000 Peruvians.

“PROJECTS IN ASSETS”
In addition, the MVCS presented a portfolio of 5 projects in the “Projects in Assets” modality, 2 in the Salaverry district, in Trujillo; 2 in Piura, in the district of Veintiséis de Octubre; and 1 in Lima, the Lomas de Ancón project.

These projects will be developed on land of more than one thousand hectares, belonging to the Chavimochic Special Project, the Chira Piura Special Project, and the SBN, executing more than 58,200 homes in favor of 232,000 beneficiaries.

Also participating in the presentation of the portfolio of real estate projects were the Vice Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Hernán Navarro; the president of the MIVIVIENDA Fund, Francisco Carbajal, among other officials.
