“Hoy más que nunca necesitamos dialogar, escucharnos, entendernos, comprendernos y asumir compromisos y acuerdos entre los peruanos. La historia de división, encono y fragmentación que hemos vivido tiene que cesar para abrir paso al diálogo y a la concertación”, afirmó.

A nombre del Estado, la mandataria pidió perdón a los deudos de todos los civiles, policías y militares fallecidos y heridos que dejaron las manifestaciones. “Mantengo mi compromiso, junto a los funcionarios y autoridades, de allanarme totalmente y cooperar con el trabajo que está realizando el Ministerio Público. No habrá impunidad para nadie en este caso”, dijo.

En su discurso, la jefa de Estado hizo un balance de los avances y medidas dictadas en sus casi ocho meses de gestión al mando del Ejecutivo, como la iniciativa Con Punche Perú, a través de la cual se ha registrado una inyección económica sin precedentes de 8,000 millones de soles para impulsar el crecimiento económico, así como la inversión y el empleo en el país.

De igual forma, la presidenta Boluarte informó que se relanzará el Acuerdo Nacional incorporando a todos los sectores sociales, a fin de dialogar en dicha instancia sobre sus banderas, la agenda social y las reformas políticas que están pendientes en el país.

Acto seguido, la mandataria anunció que solicitará delegación de facultades al Congreso, con el objetivo de aprobar 50 normas para enfrentar la delincuencia y criminalidad, así como las emergencias por el fenómeno El Niño Global, e impulsar la infraestructura.

Asimismo, presentó cinco proyectos de ley para incorporar de manera célere a miles de jóvenes a las actividades policiales, fortalecer la lucha anticorrupción dentro del sistema penitenciario, promover la integridad en el sector público, asegurar el acceso universal al agua potable, y garantizar el estudio y dictamen en el trámite de las autógrafas de ley que el Ejecutivo observa.

En otro momento, la presidenta adelantó que se construirán seis hospitales, a través del mecanismo gobierno a gobierno en Piura, La Libertad, Apurímac, Arequipa y Puno. Además, anunció la adquisición de 777 ambulancias para la red de atención prehospitalaria a nivel nacional, de las cuales 83 ya tienen financiamiento y están en proceso de adquisición.

Indicó, además, que para el cierre de brechas de recursos humanos en salud, se abrirán 45,000 plazas para nombramiento del personal y se invertirán 128 millones de soles para la formación de 1,647 nuevos médicos especialistas. Asimismo, todas las compras de medicamentos oncológicos realizadas por el Centro Nacional de Abastecimiento de Recursos Estratégicos en Salud (Cenares) serán entregadas de forma totalmente gratuita a los pacientes con cáncer, sin distinción de tipo de seguro de salud.

También aclaró que no habrá ninguna privatización ni municipalización de la educación, y aseguró que el Gobierno continuará impulsando la meritocracia y revalorización de la carrera docente, para lo cual está en marcha el Programa Nacional de Formación Docente, que repotenciará los conocimientos de 120,000 profesores de Educación Básica Regular sobre temas como las innovaciones tecnológicas.

En otros temas, la jefa de Estado sostuvo que su gestión trabajará en la materialización de una petroquímica con inversión privada en el sur del país, que producirá fertilizante a bajo costo para los agricultores y que garantice una demanda de gas natural. “Esa es mi promesa al pueblo peruano y ese será mi legado: garantizar que el gas natural sea para todos y todas”, señaló.

La dignataria concluyó su mensaje reiterando su llamado a trabajar en unidad para construir un país nuevo e integrado, justo e igualitario, una patria fuerte y unida, con progreso y oportunidades para todas y todos.
