Los concursantes podrán hacer uso de la Plataforma Nacional de Datos Abiertos (PNDA), que permite acceder, explorar y reutilizar datos gubernamentales de manera simple, segura y confiable, para crear aplicaciones, realizar investigaciones, analizar oportunidades de negocio, contribuir al diseño de las políticas públicas, entre otros.
Los detalles de inscripción y requisitos se encuentran disponibles en el siguiente enlace: www.gob.pe/expresateperucondatos. Los ciudadanos inscritos recibirán una previa asesoría para investigar y utilizar información oficial. Posteriormente, presentarán sus proyectos hasta el domingo 3 de setiembre de 2023.
El día 11 de septiembre serán presentadas todas las iniciativas ante un jurado calificador. Este panel de expertos evaluará las propuestas y reconocerá aquellas que muestren originalidad e impacto en el bienestar de la sociedad. Todos los participantes recibirán una constancia que certificará su contribución con este importante objetivo.
La datatón es liderada por la Secretaría de Gobierno y Transformación Digital (SGTD), en alianza con la Organización de los Estados Americanos (OEA) y la Iniciativa Latinoamericana por los Datos Abiertos (ILDA), en el marco de la Política Nacional de Transformación Digital y el programa Reconocimiento Internacional en Datos Abiertos 2023.
“Desde la PCM estamos comprometidos en cocrear soluciones digitales para los retos más apremiantes del país. Este desafío permitirá capacitar desde cero a la ciudadanía en el uso de datos, reforzará sus habilidades en inteligencia artificial y los empoderará para proponer soluciones” sostuvo Alain Dongo, secretario de Gobierno y Transformación Digital de la PCM.

A la fecha, el programa Reconocimiento Internacional de Datos Abiertos ha impulsado la publicación de 200 nuevos datos de entidades gubernamentales en la PNDA. Asimismo, en alianza con la OEA, ILDA y destacadas empresas tecnológicas como Microsoft, Google, Oracle y Amazon Web Services, se ha capacitado exitosamente a más de 1500 personas en siete sesiones realizadas durante los últimos tres meses.

On September 11, all the initiatives will be presented before a qualifying jury. This panel of experts will evaluate the proposals and recognize those that show originality and impact on the welfare of society. All participants will receive a certificate certifying their contribution to this important objective.

To date, the International Open Data Recognition program has promoted the publication of 200 new data from government entities in the PNDA.
