Además, este acuerdo brindará acceso al equipamiento e infraestructura de la FIGMM, lo cual permitirá el desarrollo de nuevas metodologías según el requerimiento de Sanipes en ensayos de naturaleza químico-industrial, que servirán para garantizar resultados certeros en el estudio de muestras tomadas a especies de la pesca y acuicultura.
En breve ceremonia, el presidente ejecutivo de Sanipes, Víctor Haro Corales y el decano de la FIGMM, Santiago Valverde Espinoza, firmaron el convenio de cooperación que también incluye pasantías y entrenamientos para el personal científico de Sanipes en metodologías de dominio de la entidad de estudios, las cuales se llevarán a cabo también en las instalaciones universitarias en línea con los recursos presupuestarios disponibles.
Haro Corales resalta que el convenio posibilitará la formulación y ejecución conjunta de proyectos de investigación de interés para la pesca y acuicultura nacional, basados en los intereses compartidos entre ambas instituciones.
“Permitirá ofrecer y llevar a cabo programas de formación para el personal involucrado en técnicas de química industrial, sobre todo en el contexto de la seguridad alimentaria en las industrias pesqueras, acuícolas y sectores relacionados”, concluyó el funcionario.
Con este acuerdo, Sanipes suma el tercer convenio con entidades universitarias realizadas este 2023, tras las suscripciones con la Universidad Nacional del Santa y la Universidad Científica del Sur; dando un paso importante en la colaboración interinstitucional, lo que permite a través de la transferencia de conocimientos incursionar en la elaboración de nuevas tecnologías para la investigación y garantizar la continuidad de la protección de la salud pública cumpliendo con los más exigentes estándares de calidad.
