Según el protocolo esta cita de carácter nacional la iniciará la Dra. Rosa Gloria Vásquez Cuadrado, Gobernadora Regional de Lima; seguidamente hará uso de la palabra,Santiago Yuri Cano La Rosa, Alcalde Provincial de Huaura; posteriormente hará lo mismo Igor Garafulic, Coordinador Residente del Sistema de Naciones Unidas en Perú. Luego aperturará la temática, Rohel Sánchez Sánchez, Presidente de la Asamblea Nacional de Gobiernos Regional ANGR; para luego dar paso a la inauguración oficial a cargo de Jennifer Contreras Álvarez , Ministra de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego MIDAGRI.
