La gerenta de Agroexportaciones de la entidad gremial, Claudia Solano Oré, detalló que la harina de yacón y camu camu es usada en la elaboración de suplementos alimenticios. “Muchos deportistas y público en general lo utilizan para la preparación de bebidas energizantes y batidos a manera de complemento nutricional. Si tomamos en cuenta que la tendencia saludable sigue creciendo, podemos deducir el enorme potencial de esta presentación”, explicó

Con el apoyo de ADEX y la Embajada de Perú en Suecia, las empresas Albugat, Amazon Andes, Andean Grains, Campo Verde, Candela, Fito Perú, Elisur Organic, Manutata, Peruvian Nature, Perunor y Romex enviaron una amplia variedad de productos a la feria.

Además de los ya mencionados, también se exhibieron chía, quinua, kiwicha, aceite de sacha inchi, chocolates, nibs y licores de cacao, maca, lúcuma, aguaymanto, mangos deshidratados y aceites.

Añadió que los superfoods peruanos son bastante reconocidos a nivel mundial y Suecia no es la excepción, por lo que destacó la importancia de darles un mayor valor agregado, por la demanda ascendente. “Las compañías nórdicas innovan constantemente su cartera de productos, por lo que buscan identificar otros proveedores que aporten nuevos sabores, así como beneficios nutricionales”, expresó.

CAFÉ SÚPER COTIZADO
Solano Oré refirió que el café y cacao orgánicos peruanos también fueron muy solicitados durante los 2 días de feria, en especial porque ya son bastante reconocidos en el mundo, considerando los hábitos de consumo y clima de la región nórdica.

En el caso del cacao, el hecho de que Perú cuente con 6 de las 10 variedades genéticas, le permite disponer de una oferta variada para la elaboración de barras energéticas y cobertura de frutas deshidratadas. “En este último caso, los goldenberries o aguaymantos son los más solicitados”, apuntó.

-Los países nórdicos son Suecia, Dinamarca, Noruega, Finlandia e Islandia, que se caracterizan por tener una alta calidad de vida y estabilidad económica.

SUPER QUOTED COFFEE
Solano Oré said that Peruvian organic coffee and cocoa were also highly requested during the 2 days of the fair, especially because they are already quite recognized in the world, considering the consumption habits and climate of the Nordic region.

In the case of cocoa, the fact that Peru has 6 of the 10 genetic varieties allows it to have a varied offer for the production of energy bars and dehydrated fruit coverage. “In this last case, goldenberries or aguaymantos are the most requested,” he noted.
