El presidente del Consejo de Ministros, Alberto Otárola Peñaranda, recalcó que es obligación del Estado brindar una educación integral, contribuyendo a una sociedad tolerante.
“Hemos visto cómo nuestros escolares han sido afectados por ideologías fundamentalistas, que no tienen ninguna relación con nuestro sistema democrático y de valores, por lo cual estamos proponiendo sanciones ejemplares”, enfatizó.
La norma beneficiará a más de 7 millones de escolares e impone el cese temporal de los maestros que realicen apología a la violencia y proselitismo político, durante el ejercicio de su función en su jornada de trabajo.
En tanto, se destituirá al docente que induzca u obligue a los estudiantes a participar en ese tipo de actividades que alteren el orden constitucional fuera o dentro del horario laboral.
ACCIONES FRENTE AL FENÓMENO EL NIÑO
Por otra parte, el premier subrayó que el Gobierno continúa trabajando en las acciones frente al fenómeno El Niño (FEN).
Anunció la declaratoria en emergencia de diversos distritos de 13 regiones, por peligro inminente ante déficit hídrico, lo que facilitará la labor de los alcaldes en el uso de los fondos públicos para proteger a la población.
Además, señaló que se aprobaron disposiciones para la homologación de bienes y servicios en relación con este evento climático, con lo cual se realizarán contrataciones de insumos críticos más rápidas a precios competitivos. Con ello se optimizan las compras públicas y se prevé un ahorro de más de 80 millones de soles hacia el año 2024.
Igualmente, fue aprobada la modificación de la Ley que crea el Sistema Nacional de Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres. Así, se incorporan mejoras al proceso sancionador contra quienes no cumplan con las labores preventivas y se implementa una certificación de competencias profesionales orientada a todos los servidores que participen en este tipo de procesos.
INFORME DEL TRABAJO DE LOS DIVERSOS MINISTERIOS HASTA EL MOMENTO
El Consejo de Ministros recibió los informes de las tareas realizadas en distintos puntos a nivel nacional. En ese sentido, se reportó los avances de las obras del aeropuerto de Chinchero, en Cusco, y de la nueva Carretera Central, para lo cual se entablaron distintas reuniones con las autoridades de Huánuco.
En tanto, en Puno, se entregó 17 789 toneladas de alimento suplementario para el ganado vacuno y camélidos, así como kits de conservación de forrajes y de aplicación foliar, beneficiando a medianos y pequeños agricultores.
En conferencia de prensa, el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial estuvo acompañado por los titulares de Educación, Miriam Ponce; Transportes y Comunicaciones, Raúl Pérez Reyes; Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Eduardo Arana; así como de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego, Jennifer Contreras, y de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo, Daniel Maurate.

Meanwhile, the teacher who induces or forces students to participate in these types of activities that alter the constitutional order outside or within working hours will be dismissed.
ACTIONS AGAINST THE EL NIÑO PHENOMENON
