“Son más de 3 mil millones de soles en proyectos, especialmente de la Autoridad para la Reconstrucción con Cambios, que han sido invertidos. No nos detenemos ni un solo minuto”, remarcó el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial durante el V informe de avance de gestión.

En esa línea, el titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) informó que el Ejecutivo, en coordinación con los gobiernos regionales y locales, descolmató más de 212 kilómetros de cauces de ríos en los departamentos de Áncash, Ica, La Libertad, Lambayeque, Lima, Piura y Tumbes.

Asimismo, comunicó que se han adquirido 374 maquinarias que permitirán brindar una respuesta inmediata frente a las afectaciones que puedan presentarse durante el fenómeno climático.

“Se trata de un esfuerzo multisectorial, sin precedentes, que no culminará hasta conseguir las 975 maquinarias previstas antes de que acabe el año. Esta es la gestión que más se ha preocupado por la prevención ante estos fenómenos. Estamos mucho mejor preparados que antes”, añadió.

CIUDADANO ATENDIDO
Como parte del acercamiento de los servicios del Estado a la población, de manera oportuna y de calidad, el premier Alberto Otárola resaltó la labor realizada en los 15 Centros de Mejor Atención al Ciudadano (Centros MAC), en donde se llevaron a cabo más de 654 mil atenciones en los últimos dos meses.

También destacó la reciente inauguración del nuevo Centro MAC en Cusco, que beneficiará a 450 mil residentes de los distritos como San Sebastián, San Jerónimo, Saylla y Wanchaq, entre otros.

“Además, la Plataforma Única de Reclamos del Estado propició la atención de más de 200 mil reclamos ciudadanos que están siendo procesados adecuadamente”, expresó.

El premier enfatizó que la actual gestión está al servicio de la ciudadanía a través de iniciativas como el nuevo Fono Sunass 1899, con el cual los usuarios podrán consultar sobre los problemas o las dudas con los servicios; las 26 mil fiscalizaciones ejecutadas por el Osiptel, que beneficiaron a más de 18 millones de usuarios, y los 6400 certificados de registros de marca otorgados por el Indecopi.

Adicionalmente reveló que, a través del Centro Nacional de Planeamiento Estratégico (CEPLAN), los gobiernos regionales recibieron asistencia técnica en la formulación e implementación de planes de desarrollo regional concertado.

“Las acciones directas de la PCM son una muestra del compromiso de este gobierno con los ciudadanos de a pie”, concluyó.

“In addition, the State’s Single Complaints Platform led to the attention of more than 200,000 citizen complaints that are being adequately processed,” he said.

The premier emphasized that the current management is at the service of citizens through initiatives such as the new Sunass 1899 Phone, with which users will be able to consult about problems or doubts with the services; the 26 thousand inspections carried out by Osiptel, which benefited more than 18 million users, and the 6,400 trademark registration certificates granted by Indecopi.

Additionally, he revealed that, through the National Center for Strategic Planning (CEPLAN), regional governments received technical assistance in the formulation and implementation of concerted regional development plans.
