De esa manera, en un local con cómodas y seguras instalaciones, los usuarios podrán realizar diferentes trámites, con un gran ahorro monetario y de tiempo, al tener la posibilidad de efectuar sus gestiones en un mismo lugar.

Las nuevas sucursales se encuentran en proceso de implementación. Se prevé que la primera inicie sus actividades a partir del segundo trimestre del próximo año; los cuatro nuevos locales beneficiarán a alrededor de 345 mil personas.

En el año 2023, la PCM, a través de la Secretaría de Gestión Pública, implementó e inauguró Centros MAC en Junín, Cusco, Lima Este (Santa Anita) y Lima Norte (Comas). Con estas acciones, ya son quince filiales operativas a nivel nacional, apuntando al objetivo de tener una en cada región. Todas ellas han acumulado en el último año más de 3.2 millones de atenciones.

Adicionalmente, se implementaron 23 plataformas MAC Express, con lo que suman 80 de estas herramientas, en municipios y Tambos de diversos departamentos como Cajamarca, Huánuco, Apurímac, Huancavelica, entre otros.

De ese modo, los ciudadanos pueden acceder a más de 80 trámites y servicios digitalizados de 14 entidades públicas. Las mismas están ubicadas sobre todo en aquellas zonas más alejadas del territorio, además de las Plataformas Itinerantes de Acción Social – PIAS.

En tanto, se capacitó a los asesores en el uso de Lengua de Señas Peruanas (LSP), así como en gestión pública y habilidades blandas.

El Gobierno expresa su compromiso de continuar con estas iniciativas para garantizar el derecho de la población a una atención de calidad, oportuna y eficiente.
