Estos trabajos se desarrollan en coordinación con las municipalidades distritales, con quienes el sector Vivienda tiene vigente un convenio interinstitucional, lo que permite la intervención rápida durante la emergencia por lluvias.

En el distrito de Montero, el MVCS interviene en el sector Pichandul y en el distrito de Lagunas en el sector San Antonio. En cada localidad trabaja un cargador frontal y un volquete para la recuperación de vías de acceso, que han sido afectadas por las fuertes precipitaciones. Adicionalmente, desplegará una motoniveladora y un tractor oruga a las intervenciones.

De igual manera, intervienen la quebrada Chorreros en el distrito de Paimas con 2 excavadoras y 3 volquetes, y posteriormente se hará lo propio en otras dos zonas de esa jurisdicción.

El director ejecutivo del Programa Nuestras Ciudades (PNC) del MVCS, José Panta Alama, indicó que el MVCS continúa brindando apoyo con maquinaria pesada a diversos distritos de las provincias de Ayabaca y Huancabamba.

El funcionario también resaltó los convenios interinstitucionales con los gobiernos locales y regionales, que permiten accionar de manera inmediata en las zonas afectadas por fuertes precipitaciones pluviales

ATENCIÓN EN HUANCABAMBA
En la provincia de Huancabamba, el MVCS inició la limpieza y descolmatación del rio del mismo nombre y de la quebrada Longulo, con la finalidad de prevenir desbordes e inundaciones y así proteger a la población.

Para esta labor de prevención, el sector Vivienda envió un pool de maquinaria que consiste en excavadora, cargador frontal, tractor oruga y 3 volquetes.

Panta Alama indicó que estos trabajos beneficiarán a más de 8500 pobladores. “Se intervendrá en más de 2 kilómetros con la descolmatación de la quebrada Longulo y del río Huancabamba. Son trabajos que evitarán inundaciones en la ciudad”, explicó.

ATTENTION IN HUANCABAMBA
In the province of Huancabamba, the MVCS began cleaning and clearing the river of the same name and the Longulo stream, with the aim of preventing overflows and flooding and thus protecting the population.

For this prevention work, the Housing sector sent a pool of machinery that consists of an excavator, front loader, caterpillar tractor and 3 dump trucks.
