El video forma parte de la campaña de revalorización de las lenguas originarias que inició la Oficina Desconcentrada del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores en Madre de Dios, que dirige el ministro SDR José Alberto Ortiz.
La delegación de la I.E. Raúl Vargas Quiroz, liderada por la profesora Lady Gema Huamaní, trabajó en conjunto con la Cancillería en Puerto Maldonado para llevar adelante este proyecto, que busca la promoción de las lenguas nativas de la región.
El videoclip, que se grabó los días 30 de noviembre y 1 de diciembre en fundos de familias de la zona y en la sede del centro educativo, refuerza el propósito del centro educativo acerca de la difusión de saberes y cultura yine entre su población estudiantil.
Con el apoyo de las comunidades yine de Tipishca y Monte Salvado del distrito de Las Piedras, provincia de Tambopata, los niños del quinto de primaria completaron la traducción al yine de la letra del Himno Nacional, para luego interpretarla en su totalidad.
El apoyo y soporte logístico de la Cancillería en Puerto Maldonado permitió que los niños del Raúl Vargas Quiroz produjeran este material audiovisual, que también destaca la flora y fauna de Las Piedras.
Esta zona es reconocida por albergar árboles de castaña en sus bosques, y es la actividad y fuente económica principal del centro poblado de Alegría.
Las acciones de la Cancillería en el departamento de Madre de Dios para la revalorización de las lenguas nativas se suman a la creación de bibliotecas rurales a través del programa “Un libro, un sueño”, que promueven la lectura infantil y la creación de cuentos en quechua y aimara.
