Cáceres, en la provincia de Huamanga, en Ayacucho.
El proyecto, a cargo del Gobierno Regional (GORE) Ayacucho, permitirá la instalación de 999 conexiones nuevas de agua potable y 1267 conexiones nuevas de alcantarillado en las asociaciones de vivienda La Hoyada, Las Palmeras, San José, Río Cachi, Los Amautas, María Auxiliadora, Chaquibamba y Yanamilla.
La obra tiene un costo de inversión de más de S/ 25.06 millones y contribuirá a reducir la brecha y mejorar la calidad de vida de la población en la región.
El Ministerio de Vivienda, a través del Programa Nacional de Saneamiento Urbano (PNSU), brindó el acompañamiento técnico al GORE Ayacucho para la elaboración del expediente técnico, que hizo posible la aprobación del proyecto y que ahora será realidad tras casi 30 años de espera.
En la actividad también estuvieron presentes el gobernador regional de Ayacucho, Wilfredo Oscorima; el presidente de la Asamblea Nacional de Gobiernos Regionales y gobernador del Cusco, Werner Salcedo, así como los ministros de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social, Julio Demartini, y de Transportes, Raúl Pérez Reyes, así como autoridades distritales y provinciales.
OBRAS EN LA REGIÓN
El presupuesto de este año en lo que refiere a obras de agua y saneamiento para Ayacucho asciende a S/ 124.1 millones, que comprende al Gobierno Central (MVCS), Gobierno Regional y gobiernos locales.
Actualmente, se viene ejecutando 9 intervenciones con un presupuesto de S/ 72.2 millones de soles, que beneficiarán a más de 11 mil personas.
En la región se tiene también 4 obras a iniciar en los próximos meses, de las cuales 3 están a cargo de municipalidades distritales y 1 de la municipalidad provincial con una inversión de 21.3 millones de soles a favor de 2 mil 434 personas.
Para el sector vivienda se prevé construir 169 viviendas en las provincias de Cangallo, Huanta, Sucre, Víctor Fajardo y Huancasancos, por un monto de 5.8 millones de soles.
Estas casas se sumarán a las 94 que se construyó el año pasado con una inversión de 2.5 millones de soles y los beneficiados serán más de 1000 personas.
