El canciller Javier González-Olaechea Franco afirmó en este conclave de la Reunión Andina de Seguridad, que es necesario adoptar un plan de acción resolutivo para garantizar la paz como elemento indispensable para el desarrollo de la región en esta parte del continente.
Participaron como parte de la delegación del Perú en el CAMRE sobre seguridad interna, los Ministros de Defensa. del Interior y de Justicia y Derechos Humanos; evidenciando el firme compromiso del país con la lucha contra la delincuencia organizada transnacional.
En ese sentido el Gobierno del Perú y la Cancillería están complacidos con anunciar a toda la nación Inca, que en la fecha el Consejo Andino de Ministros de Relaciones Exteriores y de autoridades encargadas de la seguridad interna, aprobaron el Plan de Acción Resolutivo.
Este Plan contiene acciones concretas y efectivas para luchar contra el crimen organizado transnacional en la subregión Andina.
