Las instituciones contarán con asesorías técnicas por parte de la Secretaría de Gobierno y Transformación Digital y recibirán capacitaciones ofrecidas por empresas privadas líderes en tecnología, así como la Organización de los Estados Americanos (OEA) y la Iniciativa Internacional por los Datos Abiertos (ILDA).

Las entidades participantes y que culminen satisfactoriamente la publicación de datos en la Plataforma Nacional de Datos Abiertos recibirán un reconocimiento a nombre de la Organización de los Estados Americanos (OEA), la Iniciativa Latinoamericana por los Datos Abiertos (ILDA) y la Secretaría de Gobierno y Transformación Digital (SGTD) de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM).

CONOCER LAS ETAPA DEL RECONOCIMIENTO INTERNACIONAL EN DATOS ABIERTO 2024
Desde el 5 de febrero las entidades públicas del país podrán inscribirse en la nueva edición del Reconocimiento Internacional en Datos Abiertos 2024.

La Secretaría de Gobierno y Transformación Digital, en alianza con la Organización de los Estados Americanos (OEA) y la Iniciativa Latinoamericana por los Datos Abiertos (ILDA), brindarán asesorías y capacitaciones para la publicación de datos abiertos.

ETAPA 1

Del 21 de marzo al 30 de junio, las instituciones participantes:
Asistirán a las capacitaciones donde aprenderán cómo publicar datos abiertos.
Entregarán la primera versión de datasets, diccionario de datos y metadatos y en reuniones de trabajo recibirán recomendaciones técnicas por parte del equipo de la SGTD
Recibirán las credenciales para la publicación de los datasets en la PNDA.
Comunicarán en sus redes sociales o notas de prensa institucionales, la publicación de datos abiertos.
Enviarán las evidencias de sus publicaciones de datos a la SGTD.

ETAPA 2

Del 11 de julio al 30 de setiembre, las instituciones participantes:
Asistirán a la sesión sobre el “Uso de datos abiertos”, el 11 de julio, donde se explicará el detalle del proceso de esta segunda etapa.
La ciudadanía hará uso de los datos publicados en la PNDA, de la Etapa 1.
Difundir los hallazgos de la ciudadanía, en las redes sociales o notas de prensa de la institución.
Enviarán las evidencias de sus publicaciones de datos a la SGTD.

EJES TEMÁTICOS
Se publicarán nuevos datasets, alineados a temas de transparencia (en gastos, ingresos, servicios, etc.), cambio climático y medio ambiente, salud, educación, justicia, seguridad ciudadana, sectores productivos e información de interés nacional.

KNOW THE STAGES OF INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION IN OPEN DATA 2024
From February 5, public entities in the country will be able to register for the new edition of the International Recognition in Open Data 2024.

The Secretariat of Government and Digital Transformation, in alliance with the Organization of American States (OAS) and the Latin American Initiative for Open Data (ILDA), will provide advice and training for the publication of open data.

STAGE 1

From March 21 to June 30, participating institutions:
They will attend training where they will learn how to publish open data.
They will deliver the first version of datasets, data dictionary and metadata and in work meetings they will receive technical recommendations from the SGTD team
They will receive the credentials for publishing the datasets in the PNDA.
They will communicate the publication of open data on their social networks or institutional press releases.
They will send evidence of their data publications to the SGTD.

STAGE 2

From July 11 to September 30, the participating institutions:
They will attend the session on the “Use of open data” on July 11, where the details of the process of this second stage will be explained.
Citizens will make use of the data published in the PNDA, from Stage 1.
Disseminate the findings of the citizens, on social networks or press releases of the institution.
They will send evidence of their data publications to the SGTD.

THEMES
New datasets will be published, aligned with topics of transparency (in expenses, income, services, etc.), climate change and environment, health, education, justice, citizen security, productive sectors and information of national interest.
