En el acto protocolar juraron también los 18 integrantes del Gabinete Ministerial.

En ese sentido, fueron ratificados en sus cargos el titular de Relaciones Exteriores, Javier González-Olaechea; de Defensa, Walter Astudillo; del Interior, Víctor Torres; Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Eduardo Arana; además de Miriam Ponce en el despacho de Educación; César Vásquez, en el Ministerio de Salud, y Jennifer Contreras, en la cartera de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego.

También se ratificó a los ministros de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo, Daniel Maurate; de la Producción, Ana María Choquehuanca; de Comercio Exterior y Turismo, Juan Carlos Mathews; Transportes y Comunicaciones, Raúl Pérez Reyes Espejo; de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, Hania Pérez de Cuéllar; así como a Nancy Tolentino en el sector Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables.

Juraron, además, los ministros del Ambiente, Juan Carlos Castro; de Cultura, Leslie Urteaga; y de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social, Julio Demartini.

Finalmente, la mandataria tomó juramento de manera virtual a los titulares de Economía y Finanzas, José Arista, y de Energía y Minas, Rómulo Mucho, ratificándolos también en sus funciones. Ambos se encuentran en comisión de servicios en la ciudad de Toronto, Canadá, representando al Perú en un evento internacional.

PERFIL DE GUSTAVO ADRIANZÉN
Gustavo Lino Adrianzén Olaya ocupó el cargo de ministro de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, entre abril y octubre del año 2015, así como viceministro de Justicia entre marzo y abril de ese mismo año.

También ha sido procurador público en el Ministerio de Defensa y procurador público especializado de la Policía Nacional del Perú.

En octubre de 2015, fue reconocido con la condecoración de la Orden Al Mérito por Servicios Distinguidos, en el Grado de Gran Cruz.

En febrero de 2023 fue nombrado como representante de Perú ante la Organización de Estados Americanos (OEA).

Adrianzén Olaya es abogado por la Universidad de Lima y tiene una maestría en Administración y Gerencia Pública en el Instituto Nacional de Administración Pública (INAP – España). Del mismo modo, cuenta con un título homologado de licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad de Alcalá de Henares.

Es especialista en derechos humanos, con estudios de posgrado en Ginebra (Suiza), Estrasburgo (Francia), San José de Costa Rica y Florencia (Italia).

PROFILE OF GUSTAVO ADRIANZÉN
Gustavo Lino Adrianzén Olaya held the position of Minister of Justice and Human Rights, between April and October 2015, as well as Vice Minister of Justice between March and April of that same year.

He has also been a public attorney in the Ministry of Defense and a specialized public attorney for the National Police of Peru.

In October 2015, he was awarded the Order of Merit for Distinguished Services, in the Degree of Grand Cross.

In February 2023, he was appointed as Peru’s representative to the Organization of American States (OAS).

Adrianzén Olaya is a lawyer from the University of Lima and has a master’s degree in Public Administration and Management from the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP – Spain). Likewise, he has an approved degree in Law from the University of Alcalá de Henares.

He is a specialist in human rights, with postgraduate studies in Geneva (Switzerland), Strasbourg (France), San José de Costa Rica and Florence (Italy).
