“Esta adjudicación es un caso concreto del inicio de la reactivación económica. En el proyecto Anillo Vial Periférico se están adjudicando 3400 millones de dólares. Que sepan que el Perú es un país confiable, estable y con reglas claras”, indicó el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial.
Durante la ceremonia el premier estuvo acompañado por los ministros de Economía y Finanzas, José Arista Arbildo, de Transportes y Comunicaciones, Raúl Pérez Reyes Espejo, y el director ejecutivo de la Agencia de Promoción de la Inversión Privada (Proinversión), José Salardi Rodríguez.
Asimismo, se contó con la presencia de la congresista María Acuña Peralta y la presidenta del Organismo Supervisor de la Inversión en Infraestructura de Transporte de Uso Público (Ositran), Verónica Zambrano Copello.
El proyecto se ejecutará por la modalidad de asociación público privada y comprende el diseño, la construcción, el financiamiento, la operación y el mantenimiento de una autopista de 34.8 kilómetros. De esta manera se interconectarán de manera eficiente 12 distritos.
La vía iniciará en el óvalo de las 200 millas, en la región Callao, y llegará a la intersección de las avenidas Del Aire con Rosa Toro, en San Luis. “Casi 6 millones y medio de limeños y vecinos del Callao van a estar integrados con esta obra”, añadió el titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM).
Durante su fase de construcción se generarán más de 70 mil empleos y alrededor de 20 mil empleos anuales durante la fase de operación del proyecto. Su impacto positivo será equivalente al 2.5% del Producto Bruto Interno (PBI) de Lima y reducirá en 13% la brecha de infraestructura del transporte en el Perú.
“La inversión es trabajo, es bienestar directo para las familias. Por eso estamos convencidos de que este es el camino que tenemos que seguir”, puntualizó el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial.
La obra facilitará la interconexión de los usuarios con la Panamericana Norte y Sur y la Carretera Central, y permitirá un acceso eficiente al puerto del Callao, Aeropuerto Internacional Jorge Chávez, Puerto de Chancay y el futuro Parque Industrial de Ancón, mejorando la productividad y competitividad del país.
Esta iniciativa será compatible y sostenible con el medio ambiente, porque se habilitarán nuevos espacios verdes en los 35 kilómetros del trayecto de la vía.

The road will begin at the 200-mile oval, in the Callao region, and will reach the intersection of Del Aire and Rosa Toro avenues, in San Luis. “Almost 6 and a half million people from Lima and residents of Callao will be integrated with this work,” added the head of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM).
During its construction phase, more than 70 thousand jobs will be generated and around 20 thousand jobs annually during the operation phase of the project. Its positive impact will be equivalent to 2.5% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of Lima and will reduce the transportation infrastructure gap in Peru by 13%.
