¿QUÉ ES EL FONCOMUN?
El Fondo de Compensación Municipal (FONCOMUN) es un fondo establecido en la Constitución Política del Perú, con el objetivo de promover la inversión en las diferentes municipalidades del país, con un criterio redistributivo en favor de las zonas más alejadas y deprimidas, priorizando la asignación a las localidades.
