“Los procesos de flagrancia están para resguardar a la sociedad y a la comunidad con procesos céleres y garantistas, que aseguren el no retorno a las calles de los delincuentes”, indicó el jefe del Gabinete Ministerial durante conferencia de prensa tras sesión del Consejo de Ministros.
Detalló que estas unidades están integradas por cuatro actores principales: el Poder Judicial, el Ministerio de Justicia, la Policía Nacional y el Ministerio Público. Enfatizó que para el éxito de esta instancia es indispensable el trabajo de los representantes de estas entidades.
En esa línea, saludó la iniciativa del presidente del Poder Judicial, Javier Arévalo, quien manifestó que el Congreso debería emitir disposiciones para sancionar a los jueces que, eludiendo su responsabilidad frente a la sociedad, permiten la libertad de los delincuentes.
“Esta norma debería aplicarse a todos los operadores de justicia. No es posible que los mismos delincuentes sean capturados dos, tres, cuatro y más veces por la Policía Nacional y siempre sean liberados”, cuestionó.
AVANCES EN EJECUCIÓN PRESUPUESTAL
El titular de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros (PCM) informó que en lo que va del año, la ejecución presupuestal acumulada en los tres niveles Gobierno supera en 36% al mismo periodo del 2023.
“Si bien estas cifras alientan a continuar en el esfuerzo, expresamos nuestra férrea voluntad de seguir trabajando con los gobiernos subnacionales para fortalecer sus capacidades y asegurar un uso eficiente y transparente de los recursos que les son asignados”, expresó.
Por su parte, el titular del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas (MEF), José Arista, señaló que los esfuerzos para promover la inversión privada y dinamizar la economía se traducen en un crecimiento de 2.85% en febrero, según los datos del Instituto Nacional de Estadística e Informática (INEI).
“Este crecimiento nos motiva a atender algunas demandas que aparecen en el camino. Por ejemplo, vamos a transferir 500 millones de soles a los más de 1800 gobiernos locales para que ellos complementen el Foncomun (Fondo de Compensación Municipal) y atiendan las necesidades de la población más necesitada”, dijo.
PREVENCIÓN CONTRA PRECIPITACIONES Y CHAVIMOCHIC III
El jefe del Gabinete Ministerial también destacó las intervenciones preventivas contra las lluvias desplegadas por el Gobierno en 355 puntos críticos, en donde se llevaron a cabo acciones de descolmatación y limpieza de cauces. Esto permitió trabajar en 610 kilómetros de las regiones de Tumbes, Piura, La Libertad, Lima, Ica, Áncash y Lambayeque.
“Hay maquinaria de línea amarilla desplegada en esta zona que sigue trabajando: cisternas, cargadores frontales, excavadoras, volquetes, etc.”, comentó.
Por su parte, el ministro de Desarrollo Agrario y Riego, Ángel Manero, anunció que este miércoles se cerraron las negociaciones con el Gobierno de Canadá sobre la tercera etapa del proyecto de irrigación Chavimochic, lo que permitirá ampliar la frontera agrícola en 63 mil hectáreas y reforzar el riego en 48 mil hectáreas.
“Estamos hablando de 111 mil hectáreas que se van a orientar a agroexportación y 150 mil puestos de trabajo. Lo que sigue es un tema administrativo de firmar el contrato final de Gobierno a Gobierno”, declaró.
LUCHA CONTRA EL DENGUE
El premier Adrianzén explicó que el control del brote de dengue requirió del trabajo articulado con los gobiernos subnacionales, para lo cual se realizaron 79 asistencias técnicas y se capacitaron a más de 6 mil profesionales.
Asimismo, resaltó el fortalecimiento de 71 laboratorios de diagnóstico serológico y 19 de diagnóstico molecular, entre otras medidas, y añadió que se trabaja con las autoridades sanitarias de Lima, a fin de contener este brote en la capital.
