Indicó que, de ese total, más de la mitad están referidas a la simplificación y gestión de servicios públicos, en materias como equilibrio fiscal, tributaria, política criminológica y penitenciaria, desarrollo urbano, seguridad y defensa nacional en el ámbito de inteligencia, contrainteligencia y seguridad digital, así como fortalecimiento, simplificación y calidad regulatoria, entre otras.

“Como he informado, reiteradas veces, nuestras prioridades como Gobierno son la reactivación económica y la seguridad ciudadana. Por ello solicitaremos legislar en estas materias, cumpliendo un compromiso que fue anunciado en mi discurso del voto de investidura ante el Parlamento”, sostuvo.

El premier estuvo acompañado en conferencia de prensa por los ministros de Economía y Finanzas, José Arista; Interior, Walter Ortiz; Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables, Teresa Hernández; y del Ambiente, Juan Carlos Castro, quienes explicaron los avances de cada uno de sus sectores.

En ese sentido, Arista precisó que dentro del paquete de normas en el marco de la solicitud de facultades legislativas se incluyen intervenciones estratégicas en el ámbito de influencia del Terminal Portuario de Chancay, además de la creación de una zona económica especial para potenciar esta iniciativa.

GARANTIZAN EL ORDEN EN APEC
Por otro lado, el premier resaltó que del 15 al 17 de mayo se realizarán en la ciudad de Arequipa una serie de actividades relacionadas al rol de la mujer en la economía, en el marco del foro APEC.

En ese sentido, se cuenta con una declaratoria de emergencia cuyo objetivo es asegurar a las delegaciones extranjeras el cuidado y resguardo de su integridad. “Garantizamos plena custodia por los visitantes que lleguen a esta cumbre”, aseveró.

Por su parte, la titular de la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables, Teresa Hernández, explicó los alcances del nuevo Programa Nacional de Servicios Especializados para Personas Adultas Mayores – Gratitud. Indicó que el objetivo es atender a los adultos mayores que se encuentren en situación de riesgo y vulnerabilidad, por abandono, violencia, dependencia o fragilidad.

A su turno, el ministro del Ambiente, Juan Carlos Castro, resaltó la aprobación del decreto supremo que modifica el reglamento de la Ley del Sistema Nacional de Evaluación del Impacto Ambiental, con el fin de optimizar, uniformizar y dotar de mayor este procedimiento y garantizar el debido cumplimiento de plazos.

Asimismo, indicó que, como parte del compromiso del Gobierno con la sostenibilidad de nuestros recursos nacionales, se aprobó el decreto supremo que establece la Reserva Nacional Mar Tropical de Grau, sobre la superficie de más de 115 mil 675 hectáreas en cuatro sectores: Isla Foca, Cabo Blanco – El Ñuro, Arrecifes de Punta Sal y Banco Máncora, ubicados frente a las costas de Piura y Tumbes.

Con estas disposiciones, el Gobierno reafirma su voluntad de continuar trabajando por la reactivación económica, el orden interno y el bienestar de toda la población.

El titular de la PCM remarcó que este jueves se inicia el pago de aportes para las personas que integran el Primer Grupo de Reintegro del Padrón Nacional de Fonavistas Beneficiarios. Recordó que estas devoluciones se realizarán a través de las oficinas del Banco de la Nación.

Además, felicitó la labor de la suboficial PNP Verónica Gargate, integrante de la Dirección de Aviación Policial, quien encabezó el primer rescate aéreo realizado en Lima, cuando logró salvar la vida de un hombre de 64 años atrapado en un incendio en el jirón Áncash. Ella y el personal que participó de la operación serán incentivados a través de una resolución ministerial.

The premier was accompanied at a press conference by the Ministers of Economy and Finance, José Arista; Interior, Walter Ortiz; Women and Vulnerable Populations, Teresa Hernández; and the Environment, Juan Carlos Castro, who explained the progress of each of their sectors.

In that sense, Arista specified that the package of rules within the framework of the request for legislative powers includes strategic interventions in the sphere of influence of the Chancay Port Terminal, in addition to the creation of a special economic zone to promote this initiative.

THEY GUARANTEE ORDER IN APEC
On the other hand, the premier highlighted that from May 15 to 17, a series of activities related to the role of women in the economy will be held in the city of Arequipa, within the framework of the APEC forum.

In that sense, there is a declaration of emergency whose objective is to ensure that foreign delegations have the care and protection of their integrity. “We guarantee full custody of visitors who arrive at this summit,” he stated.

For her part, the head of Women and Vulnerable Populations, Teresa Hernández, explained the scope of the new National Program of Specialized Services for Older Adults – Gratitude. He indicated that the objective is to care for older adults who are at risk and vulnerable, due to abandonment, violence, dependency or fragility.

In turn, the Minister of the Environment, Juan Carlos Castro, highlighted the approval of the supreme decree that modifies the regulations of the Law of the National Environmental Impact Assessment System, in order to optimize, standardize and improve this procedure and guarantee due compliance with deadlines.

Likewise, he indicated that, as part of the Government’s commitment to the sustainability of our national resources, the supreme decree was approved that establishes the Mar Tropical de Grau National Reserve, on the surface of more than 115,675 hectares in four sectors: Seal Island , Cabo Blanco – El Ñuro, Punta Sal Reefs and Banco Máncora, located off the coasts of Piura and Tumbes.
