Asimismo, contribuye en automatizar y agilizar los procesos administrativos, lo que mejorará la calidad del servicio que se brinda a los asegurados a través de una atención más rápida.

La incorporación de instituciones públicas a la Plataforma Nacional de Interoperabilidad se alinea con la Política Nacional de Transformación Digital, que tiene como uno de sus objetivos prioritarios el desarrollo del gobierno digital.

Ello permitirá garantizar la disponibilidad de servicios públicos digitales e inclusivos, que seas predecibles y empáticos con la ciudadanía, y que cumplan con los estándares de la Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarrollo Económicos (OCDE) a la cual el Perú aspira adherirse.
